“Excellent buying service. Item arrived really quickly and was what I ordered and fitted well. My only negative would be that it arrived in a cardboard box and the tape had pretty much come away from the box, Leaving contents exposed.. but I got it and that’s the main thing! Thank you 😊”

“I was looking forward to receiving my Josef Siebel ankle boots but unfortunately they were delivered to the store. I proceeded to ring the store and spoke to Clare who was very helpful and efficient. She said she would look into this for me and ring me back. It turned out I hadn't pressed the button to get them delivered to my address. Clare then went on to say the boots were there and she would put them in the post to me. They arrived the next day and unfortunately they were too small so I had to return them.”
