“Very impressed with the level of service.The fan I ordered was competitively priced. The lady on the phone contacted the store to ensure prompt dispatch as I was going away. The product arrived quickly and very well packaged. These little things make such a difference, thank you.”

“I ordered a couple of items on the Wednesday and they were delivered on the Friday, very speedy service. Products were the cheapest I could find at that time too. Very happy customer and would highly recommend Roys of Wroxham.”

Hello, Thank you for taking time to leave a review. Unfortunately we have had an IT issue which has led to customer emails not being send including order confirmations and ready to collect emails. This has now been rectified and emails are being send as normal. I am glad to read the staff were helpful in store.

“Exce apart from the delivery courier they used - DHL. They were horrendous - originally they advised on Thursday delivery, and subsequently moved back a day each revision and eventually got product the following Monday at 7pm. No reasons or anything.”
