Speedy service but unfortunately the dye on the wreath began to run onto my white door when it rained which was really diffuct to clean off.

Ordered a Lego set that was hard to find - great! For some reason Roys would not post out. I would have willingly paid the postage. Had to click and collect from nearest shop Beccles, which meant a difficult 1hr drive each way, to a town we did not know, for elderly grandparents who did not want to disappoint a child. Did not deliver to collection store in stated 5 days. Difficult to contact at the ordering stage as only by email and 2 day wait for a reply.

Disappointed with the condition of the packaging when it arrived. The cutlery set was not held in place in the box and the box was ripped in four places. Had to reposition the items and tape down at the back as it is going to be a Xmas gift. It was if someone had had them out of box and carelessly put back in. Very surprised as I have shopped in store many times and expected better service on line. I didn't bother complaining as I didn't want hassle of returning and all items were there.

Great Items but very Poor on line purchase. The Items were showing available when I purchased, but took 2 days and me ringing for staff to let me to pick up from store. When I was in the store they were unaware of how to complete an On Line Order. I had to show them in the end. Perhaps better training might help.

The service and delivery was great but the quilt cover has a small fault in it , too much hassle to send back and I had washed and ironed it before I noticed .

I ordered a green cart as in your website, sadly when it came,quickly I admit, the cart was black. I can only have second thoughts if I use your product list in the future as I might not get what I wanted.

I ordered two kneeling stools, the second for my son, his arrived in a used condition. It was badly scratched and had soil and leaves inside the inner legs. As he opened it on his sofa, dirt and leaves fell on the seating. He rang you several times and sent photos but to no avail. Disappointing.

Placed an order gave the correct delivery address however items delivered to wrong address. According to courier Roy’s Wroxham were to blame. To be fair they refunded me immediately and said I could re order goods tried twice to re order but the website kept saying goods were out of stock, even though Roys said otherwise. They were quick to respond to emails but after the problems I had I gave up and ordered elsewhere. I understand it’s a busy time and mistakes happen but I thought it could of been handled differently. For example there was no need to refund me as I still wanted the goods. If as they say the goods were still in stock they could of just re sent the goods out without the need for me to reorder.

I can't give you a review because the carrier you chose DHL gave me a delivery date and time which I stayed in for then didn't turn up. On contacting them they said they were not allowed to deliver on our site so I would have to collect the parcel from their depot miles away. I am still waiting to try and get it delivered somewhere in Peterborough where I will have to collect it if I can find it. I do think that DHL should have told you that they were not allowed to deliver your parcel. David Booth.

I Ordered 2 brown twig trees. One arrived and it was white, apparently the supplier had mis represented the photo colour. I struggled to get the website to accept an order for 2 trees. In the end it took my order but I think actually there may only have been one in stock. Roy’s blamed DHL for the missing second tree but DHL said they had only ever had one booked to transit. All in all, I wasted a day staying in for first delivery and a day waiting in for it to be re collected and I don’t have the 2 trees I’d spent hours searching the Internet to find.

Placed order after 1pm on Wednesday so expected delivery on Friday . Checked online to track delivery and saw that it still said ' processing' ,it wasn't until I phoned that I was informed that I wouldn't receive delivery until Monday!

I placed an order for next day delivery (Weds) and waited in but DHL couldn’t find my address. As I hadn’t received any update by Friday I spoke to Roys who advised that the delivery was rearranged for the Saturday. I waited in again but the DHL tracker told me that they hadn’t been able to locate my address from the information provided by the sender. I spoke to DHL who advised that all they could do was rearrange the delivery for a third time. I emailed Roys again but as I didn’t get any reply I had to arrange to pick my order up from DHL on the Tuesday, wasting another hour having to drive to the depot and back. If I had known that Roys use DHL I would have shopped elsewhere. We very rarely have issues with any other delivery company but DHL’s service is appalling.

Good Morning After looking at the tracking, we can see that the item was refused on the 3rd April at your property, and has been in a Hold Bay with DHL. Roys staff themselves have tried their best to help with my non functioning pool, however they state that best way take over problems as soon as a pool is purchased. This has been awful and best way are telling me I have to wait 7-8 working days before they will even consider replacing my pool pump which hasn’t worked since I bought it last week. All of this leaves customers feeling let down and frustrated at the whole thing. Very disappointed but I have a 2 star because Roy’s staff have tried to help

Bestway deal with pool purchased from us, usually because it is the quickest and most convenient way for you to get replacements, however i can see that, especially during this good weather, 7 - 8 days is too long.
