Roys staff themselves have tried their best to help with my non functioning pool, however they state that best way take over problems as soon as a pool is purchased. This has been awful and best way are telling me I have to wait 7-8 working days before they will even consider replacing my pool pump which hasn’t worked since I bought it last week. All of this leaves customers feeling let down and frustrated at the whole thing. Very disappointed but I have a 2 star because Roy’s staff have tried to help
