I Ordered 2 brown twig trees. One arrived and it was white, apparently the supplier had mis represented the photo colour. I struggled to get the website to accept an order for 2 trees. In the end it took my order but I think actually there may only have been one in stock. Roy’s blamed DHL for the missing second tree but DHL said they had only ever had one booked to transit.
All in all, I wasted a day staying in for first delivery and a day waiting in for it to be re collected and I don’t have the 2 trees I’d spent hours searching the Internet to find.
