The price and product were good but had terrible experience with UK Mail courier company. I took the day off work to take delivery...didn't arrive (even after a couple of texts saying a time, then another saying running a little late and would be with me very shortly)! Husband arranged to work at home next day to take delivery (after contacting Roys by email and telephone). Delivery didn't arrive! Third day, the item finally arrived. UK Mail let Roys down massively but customer service and communication from Roys was not good. A real shame, hopefully it was a one off.

Ordered a kettle on site, showing available, only to be told few days later that it isn't in stock, and refunded me. It would have been helpful for it to just show out of stock on line, save me waiting around, as could have ordered it from elsewhere, like I ended up doing.

Item was advertised incorrectly so smaller size sent. It was supposed to be a'black friday' deal, cs at Roys didnt seem very bothered that l could buy the larger correct size from Hughes at the same price ,not on a deal, so have returned item and bought from Hughes.
