I placed an order for next day delivery (Weds) and waited in but DHL couldn’t find my address. As I hadn’t received any update by Friday I spoke to Roys who advised that the delivery was rearranged for the Saturday. I waited in again but the DHL tracker told me that they hadn’t been able to locate my address from the information provided by the sender. I spoke to DHL who advised that all they could do was rearrange the delivery for a third time. I emailed Roys again but as I didn’t get any reply I had to arrange to pick my order up from DHL on the Tuesday, wasting another hour having to drive to the depot and back.
If I had known that Roys use DHL I would have shopped elsewhere. We very rarely have issues with any other delivery company but DHL’s service is appalling.
