“I ordered a replacement stainless steel teapot as old one broke after many years use. The new stainless steel teapot is lovely&good quality and pours tea without spills. The teapot was delivered within few days of order&was packaged well. Would recommend Roys to other customers. Thank you.”

“Excellent price and quick delivery. But my only moan, my order was one penny over for free delivery,do I reluctantly had to pay extra. Realise there is a cut off,but one penny over??? That was my only disappointment as I wanted the order,but nothing else.”

“We are regulars at Roy's in Wroxham and the customer service is normally great. However when we came in to pick up our purchase the lady at the till was quite rude and made us feel like we were an imposition, snapped that we'd have to wait whilst rolling her eyes and huffing. We were happy with the product though.”
