“Living in the south east I'd not heard of Roys before but their pricing was significantly cheaper than elsewhere and the delivery process was fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.”

“Really great service such quick delivery time, the team was really helpful when I had a problem with FEDEX the delivery company, Roy’s helped me get to the problem of finding my parcel even though it wasn’t their job too so a big thank you for that. The item it self can’t fault it easy to assemble and great quality. Thank you again Roy’s we love the Lazy spa Would 100% recommend Roy’s. Mark”

“Click and collect is a poor service. Roys should inform customers that their order will not be available until a certain time, just stating next day is too vague. The phone number quoted in email was for the wrong building, not even the main department store.”

“Ordered a hot tub on Thursday 9/5/24.Delivery estimated for 7to9 days time. To my great excitement we took delivery on 13/5/24.Greatefficency from this compamy and a great price.Other major suppliers were advertising for a slightly dearer price, but had no stock. Same as the manufacturers, no stock. Would highly recommend this company and would look to them first for for other purchases in the future. Great company 10 stars.”
