“Placed order online. Did not get confirmation e mail or when it was ready to collect. Also tried ringing the store and was disconnected twice. Went to the store and by chance the item was there waiting for me . Luckily the staff in the toy department were very helpful.”

“I would give a 5 out of 5! Great prices and super fast delivery. The one present I wanted to get and Roy’s had it, and at a better price than other places that were all sold out. Highly recommend!”

“I am now a Roys of Wroxham fan! Not only do they stock an eau de toilette that I can't find anywhere else these days, but ordering online was super easy and delivery very quick :) The packaging was great too. I will definitely buy from Roys of Wroxham again and I recommend them to you :)”

“ive never used Roys website before although I have been to the actual shop. I didn't realise they had an online store. it was a nice surprise, so i was over the moon when they were advertising the Lego set i was after, and was quite a bit cheaper than most retailers! The order process was easy and simple and my item came quickly, all very well packaged and delivered. I like to keep small business's going, so will be happy to order again from them.”
