“It arrived in good time with zero damage. Our previous Swan microwave lasted 4 years before the internal light packed up. This was our replacement, but the light packed up after 3 days. We called customer service at the store from where we purchased it and they were excellent in how they treated the situation, from returning the faulty goods to offering a replacement or a refund. We chose a refund. Swan microwave store 1 Roy’s of Wroxham score 5”
