Overall good service, there was an initial problem as an item was not delivered along with the order, however this was rectified and delivered later, staff were helpful and accommodating, I would recommend the company.

All good except for the mattress delivery. We had less than 24hrs notice for it! The company who did it on RTG's behalf left a message for me at 10am the day before and didn't think to tell me it was a mattress that was being delivered. I picked up a muffled message up at 7pm in the evening after a very busy day. When I returned the call, I just got a normal BT voicemail with no indication I was calling a business, so I didn't leave a message as I couldn't be sure I just wasn't calling someone's house!. Without giving them the go-ahead, they delivered anyway between 7.30-8.30am, exactly when we're out of the house going to work and doing a (long) school run. Fortunately my neighbour was in and took it on our behalf. More notice and using a more professional delivery company would be good!

the customer service there was very good and the goods arrived. They were damaged but replacements were sent out immediately. The only problem I have had is that the delivery company KEEP calling to try and deliver extra parts! I have tried again and again to tell them I have everything I need but they are still calling me. Finally I have had to get RTG involved and comfirm I have everything as it is boarderline harrassment.... Although I could have just kept everything and had spares I dont think that is right!

Thank you for your comments. As detailed on our website delivery is estimated at 14-28 days. The manufacturer's delivery team do try their best to be as flexible as possible so we do hope your goods arrived on the agreed date. Best Wishes

Easy to understand website. Extremely quick delivery. Everything was packaged really well. Communication was given as to when the bed was being delivered via a voicemail message. The slight disappointment was when I returned the call, the gentleman I spoke to seemed less than interested in customer service experience. However, the bed did arrive earlier than the projected 2 to 4 weeks. It actually arrived within a week of placing the order which was fantastic.

Very pleased! There was a delay in our product arriving, and the mattress wasn't with the delivery but Room to Grow sorted out the issues quickly and politely.

i phoned a few times to query my beds delivery date and this was dealt with efficiently. I then had a problem with the bed drawer and again this part was reordered and dealt with howver i did have to phone to check on progress

The bunk bed is really amazing and my daughter is thrilled with it. It did take a very long time to put up. It would have really helped if there was a summary set of instructions. We made 2 single beds and then realised we had to take one apart to attach the other one to it... But the finished version is excellent Also only spoilt by one section being delivered wrongly - but you corrected it immediately

Very quick delivery with no hiccups. Really great and strong product. Mattresses feel quite soft but for kids they seem to love them. Would definitely recommend and a really good price.
