We ordered our bed on 10th Feb and are yet to receive it or have any confirmation when it will be delivered even though it should have been delivered between 14-28 days and we have chased the support team on it. So not sure why I have had a text asking me to review the bed?

We are sorry to hear that you are yet to receive your bed but I can see Jennah is dealing with this over email with you and because you added on assembly at a later date it has lengthened your delivery timescale. We are very pleased with our bunk bed purchased for our son. He loves it! The bed is very sturdy and looks great in his room. The only reason I gave 4 stars is it would have been nice to have a little more information regarding delivery when we purchased the bed. Instead we had to wait for a phone call A week later to say they would be delivering the next day - luckily I was in. Having said that the delivery man was very good and very friendly.

The service from Room to Grow was very good, they dealt with an issue arising from the payment quickly & efficiently. They also kept me informed with delivery dates/times. The courier company they use though could be much better, late delivery & bad attitude.

Love this bed. Sturdy. Only thing that was painful is that during set up a small knock chipped off the first paint too easily leaving an ugly mark. For the rest very happy. Please note: Beds stacked closely together so adult cannot sit up on bottom bed to read to child!

If you have any issues with regards to a chip please contact our support team at support@roomtogrow.co.uk as we have touch up paint that would work very well to cover your chip. The quality of the furniture is excellent, though it was quite hard to put together at points. The instructions could have been clearer about which pieces were which and seemed to skip some steps. One of the screws provided failed to screw in. Needless to say this could have gone badly wrong and caused significant delay. The delivery drivers found it hard to get to the house, which was a little frustrating.

The bed arrived within the agreed time. On delivery the driver advised that the cabinet was out of stock but this would be delivered as soon as it was available. I didn't hear anything for a few weeks so I phoned and chased and the cabinet was delivered the next day.

The delivery experience was great! Instructions on assembly was not that clear as "box 2" had all the instructions on the tent bed and we were advised to start with "box 1" - thus having to redo the assembly. Overall great quality, good service and we are quite satisfied!

Very good product and value for money, I think the delivery costs were pricey but overall very happy with the quality and finish on the bed.

Initial contact about my order was excellent. There were issues with the first delivery and a box was missing. This was quickly resolved. However, on opening the packages, having arranged for someone to come and assemble the bed,the parts received were for two different items (one box white the other whitewashed )so we were unable to complete the job. Although the box was replaced quickly I was a little disappointed in the response I received. Although I agree the company satisfied their terms and conditions, which I was referred to, sometimes a little gesture ie perhaps a small gift voucher might be the appropriate response. Especially to compensate for all our time spent chasing up the replacement and having to be at home for deliveries. However I have to say the final product is good and my granddaughter loves it

I thought it was fine. There was a mark in the paint work but otherwise fine. The delivery was very prompt and the product is nice. Its expensive for what it is though is my feedback.

The bunk ed that we bought had broken parts and I had to organise a replacement to be delivered. I must say that the people I spoke to regarding the delivery were. to that helpful and although they told me I would be contacted with an am or pm slot I wasn't either time. When I called up and questioned this the boy on the phone asked me to call another number rather than take ownership of the problem and find out for me.

My only complaint about room to grow is that we were supposed to get a call telling us when the delivery driver was half an hour away, we didn't! Apart from that quick and effeicient service.

The quality of the beds is brilliant I am really impressed compared to some others that we look at even higher priced beds. The communication via email and on the phone was really good too. The only issue I had was with the delivery company but wouldn't stop me from buying from room to grow again.

Good communication from Room to grow themselves. Answered my queries quickly. Not so impressed by the delivery. Dirty footprints over every box (I had 3 large boxes), showing that people had been walking all over them!!! Plus no pre- delivery phone call even though I requested one and it was clearly stated on my paperwork.

This is a great value mid sleeper bunker, great for my 4 year old. It's a bit wobbly when he moves around on it but generally sturdy and looks in excellent condition. It was delivered on time, it did have a few of the white stoppers missing but I haven't contacted yet to get some additional ones. It does take around 5 hours to build and does require 2 of you. My 4 year old son loves it though!
