Fab product - exactly what we were after for our little one. And I see this lasting a good number of years. The delivery took a while and luckily I was in when it was delivered as it wasn't prearranged.

I contacted Room to Grow as there was one panel that had a wee crack in it. They were quick to respond and offered to send a replacement. Although it took quite a while for it to arrive, had to contact them several times, it eventually arrived. Overall happy with there service, we could still use the bed, this was just to get an additional panel in case it is getting worse.

It is unfortunate that the original part sent by Stompa didn't reach you, however, we are pleased to hear that the second replacement part reached you within good time. Please be assured that all children's beds are tested according to the latest British and European Standard Safety Regulations. Our range of children's mattresses are quality assured and tested by experts to ensure they offer the correct support for growing children. Service from the company was good, but the delivery option wasn't very flexible. I called to say that I would be at home all day for the delivery except I would need to pop out at 8.45am and 3pm for the school run. I was told there was nothing that could be done if the delivery driver turned up when I wasn't in and I would need to arrange for someone to be in while I was out, even for 10 minutes.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. To enable us to despatch products quickly on an express delivery we use a third party doorstep courier service. A calling card would be left with a telephone number to re-arrange delivery if you were not at the property. We appreciate your comments and we are currently researching additional delivery services.

Good but I had ordered a trundle at same time and this didn't appear on my order, so I had to order this separately after the bunks were installed.

Quick deliver of bed. Ordered two sheets, one arrived the other one didn't but the sent it out as soon as I contacted them. Was promised a free alarm clock that never arrived

Bed is in good condition though marks on steps. Also a couple of issues with delivery which I thought was quite bad considering the expensive delivery charge.

Lovely bed but took three of us several hours to build and - within hours - a minor bang on a corner had left a permanent mark on the wood with the likelihood of further splitting. At this cost I would have expected better quality to give 5 stars. Arrived promptly and with all parts required.

Bed arrived quickly, all parts present and correct and fairly easy to assemble (took two of us). Feels quite sturdy in situ too. Only gave four stars because the material (to make the den underneath) attaches via a Velcro strip which is supposed to stick to the underside of the bed however, it did not stay attached to the bed at all and kept falling down. In the end I stapled gunned the Velcro strip to the wooden baton and now the strip, and more importantly the material, stays in place.

Quick delivery although not pre arranged. The guy turned up all of a sudden and it was pure conincidence that I was in. Bed is fantastic for what we need but has taken a while to put together. Every part comes with their own instructions and there is nothing that pulls them all together as one product.
