“Great service and very quick delivery. The reason I did not give it an excellent was because there was only one delivery man to deliver the very heavy items. Luckily my husband was home and was able to help him (and felt that he was expected to help). If I had been home alone, the delivery would have been a struggle.”

Unfortunately, this product was delivered by a third party carrier service so was out of our control. We have since revised the delivery service for the Thuka Trendy product range and all beds are now delivered using a two man delivery service. It is great to hear that your son loves his new bed. “All items arrived in a timely fashion, all parts arrived undamaged. Products were left outside my front door so I had to wait until my husband came home from work to move them into the house as they were too heavy for me to lift (luckily it didn't rain)!”

“There was some confusion with delivery and the bed delivery was not very flexible at all. However the furniture is lovely but the bed does seem to be a bit too big for the mattress which slides about on the bed”

The bed frame takes a 135 x 190cm mattress, however, I can see from your order that you didn't purchase a mattress from us so it might be worth checking your mattress specification. “Delivered at arranged time. Took 2 people 6 hours to put together. End result looks solid but we will wait to see after a few sleeps. Had to make a trip to screw fix for more dowel plugs. Not enough were sent in the packages. Fingers crossed all will be well it looks very nice.”

“Good except the delivery company didn't deliver without me chasing them and the packaging looked like it had been kicked around the warehouse a bit. Luckily the actual product was in good condition.”

“The main website is easy to use and I had no issues ordering my product. I was later contacted by email to confirm a delivery date. A link in the email sent me to a web page to confirm the date but the page didn't seem to respond to my clicking to accept. I was contacted by phone a few days later to confirm the delivery date. The bunk beds I ordered where due to be delivered between 9am and 11am. They arrived at 9am on the dot. The two delivery men went through the invoice with me to confirm all the parts were there. I assembled the bunk beds myself. No parts missing and instructions where easy to follow. Product quality was excellent.”

“Customer service from room to grow was very good. I had issues with my delivery that they were quick to rectify and send out spare fittings very quickly. I would highly recommend having a word with the logistics company who turned up late with my boxes in a state of disrepair and as a result half the fixtures and fittings missing for the bed! Having said that Room To Grow were very apologetic, helpful and refunded the delivery cost. I wouldn't let this experience put me off ordering from this company again.”

“The order process was easy & only a short wait for delivery. Furniture is excellent quality & relatively easy to build. The only negative was the actual delivery. Although the man was very pleasant he was in such a rush he ran from van to door and wouldn?t take the boxes up to the bedroom! So I had 7 very large boxes stuck in my hallway & im 6 months pregnant!”

Our website states delivery to a ground floor room of choice for this product - the delivery company are not insured to take the furniture to the first floor level so we are sorry about this. “Pleased with the captains bed and bedside table once we finally built it! Differing information given about delivery times/slots and the cabinet was delivered the night before without prior notice. Really pleased with quality of the mattresse, which is incredibly comfortable! Other than the points above very pleased with end result.”
