Good price and good quality. Communication could be better. I didn't here anything from yourselves for 2 weeks. Only had a phone call by the delivering company 2 weeks after ordering to arrange delivery 2 days after.

Thank for you for leaving a review. Estimated delivery on the Kurt High Sleeper is 14-28 days so we are pleased to hear that you received your bed within good time. Really happy with our sons new mid sleeper. It was a fantastic price in comparison with lots of other similar products on the market and good quality. We are really happy with it now it?s built. My only reason for the 4 star and not 5 star is because of how long it took to build (lots of parts) and the fact that delivery was meant to be between 14:00-16:00 and didn?t end up coming until 18:00 which then meant the bed wasn?t ready to be slept in until the following day.

I'm very disappointed with a waldrobe that I purchase as for the price the quality of it was shocking . But was very pleased when rooms to grow got me a full refund as this item was damaged

The product is fantastic and they were good about keeping us updated re delivery dates. The only issue was the fact that the bed is given to a delivery person who decides when he is next in your area and ours was very vocal about his irritation at having to get through south east London traffic and had to be persuaded to deliver it when I asked!

Seems like a great company. Nice branding and SEO. Website is really good and easy to use. Notice of delivery date is done via phone days after purchase. This makes planning a bit tricky. Ideally this could be sorted online, or at least pick a time to be called to schedule it. I appreciate Amazon spoils us here, and this is tough for small businesses with larger items.

We got the product as described and there was some really good, proactive communication to make sure that the delivery went smoothly. Only quibble was with the after sales support; we had an issue with one of the products and the email communication was a bit slow, although to be fair, that might have been the fault of the manufacturer.

Good as ordering was easy, and email to customer service was responded quickly. Not 5 star as they cannot deal with return product when it's faulty! I have to find way to get rid of it.

Big flaw was that it was not clearly explained that the mattress size required for the cabin bed needs to be 200cm and not the standard size of 190cm. I would emphasise this point on the website and with your customers service team on the phone.
