The supplier had left instructions out of packaging. Staff at Room to Grow were very helpful and efficient at emailing me a pdf, but it was a bit frustrating because I had to wait until after the bank holiday weekend to obtain this. It would be useful to have a facility to download instructions online (as IKEA does).

Excellent at responding to communication - however I had to chase with regards to the courier company not getting in touch in designated times to agree a delivery date. Sadly this prevents me rating excellent.

Occasionally, once a new bed has 'settled' the hardware may need tightening ever so slightly to eliminate the creak and then you should be set. Thanks again.

I am still awaiting delivery. Had a text from Jade Logistics on 11th August stating they had received my order from Stompa and I would receive another text shortly advising of delivery date. Heard nothing for 2 weeks so telephoned them advised my area delivery scheduled for wc 14 Sept and would be contacted beforehand. Still not heard anything. Very poor delivery service.

RTG's pre-purchase customer service was amazing. I spoke to one of their team on the phone twice, who talked me through the modularity of the Solitaire beds very patiently as I tried to understand how I might be able to buy future kits to "build up" in the future and whether to instead buy the full lot up-front and just build the starter for now, storing the other parts for the future. In terms of the product, I have two small negatives that make this a 4 and not 5-star experience/product overall: 1) As per a recent review from another buyer, there are no instructions for installing the side-board. Since having this safely fitted is key for my 2 year old as he makes the transition to his big bed (and any other child I would assume), having to make this part up on the fly yourself, is clearly not ideal. The response from RTG to the other poster said that RTG would "pass [the] comments on to the manufacturer". That doesn't sound to me like they're making this right any time soon; more just passing the buck a bit. In the mean time, why not create and post a pdf version on the RTG website? That would be very easy to do. N.B. Overall it took me a solid 1.5 hours to build this bed alone. For context I would consider myself an experienced amateur furniture assembler having built maybe 20 IKEA and other pieces over the last 15 years. 2) The bed is extremely heavy (I think the packaging said 50 or 60 kilos). Many people might not care about that, but it's worth knowing. It's a well known fact that MDF is heavy so I could (should?) have known based on the product description which did state it was made from MDF Overall, very happy, I am only leaving this constructive feedback to 1) get some a small but essential improvement in terms of assembly instructions and 2) make others aware of the weight.

Having had a discussion with the manufacturer about this, we have been advised that the assembly instructions to attach the safety rails are in the same box that contains the rails.  If this is not the case then we would be very interested to hear back from you. Very good quality furniture and simple instructions to follow for building up furniture. Only downside is screw was missing from wardrobe door causing me to go and get another one

The only complaint would be that I was not notified when Room to Grow received the bed back in stock and therefore did not know when the delivery timescale would start to run. I did end up chasing for an update on the very day that they contacted to arrange delivery. The delivery guys were great, carrying all the boxes up to my second floor property.

We ordered a Stompa bed through Room to Grow the first bed came with so many dents in it that had been tried to be repaired, we were very disappointed...... I contacted Room to Grow and they were happy to send out a new bed, the new one came without any problems! So thank you Room to Grow we r very happy

There was a mistake with the order (one item not sent, one item the wrong colour) but the customer service was good and rectified it very quickly. Overall the ordering process was quick and easy, and I was called the same day to arrange delivery within the week, which was excellent.
