My clock arrived with its battery cover missing. I contacted customer services who sent me a new replacement straight away.

This bed is ideal for our four year old. The service was great, the bed was delivered within the set timeframe. The only downside was having 24 hrs notice and not having a choice on the schedule however the drop off was exemplary especially as they came from Nottingham.

As I ordered item on line I have only spoken on chat with a very helpful lady to confirm delivery of my order. I had a phone call from the delivery company an hour later to arrange. I would of given the company an excellent, however I was not at all happy with an email reply I received on the complaint of the delivery itself! It was very non - committal and made me feel in the wrong for actually complaining. On delivery of my items the delivery driver told me he could not take the bunk beds up to the bedroom but would have to leave downstairs. When I explained they would be too heavy to lift myself and that it does state on the website that your items will be delivered to the room of your choice, he had no choice but too do it. The second driver with him was very helpful, even moved a small unit out of the way for me that I know he is not supposed to do , but did most of the lifting himself. A few corners of the boxes were damaged but other then a chip in one of the corner all was fine. (This was at the back of the bed so my husband told me it will be ok) There were other issues but wont go into detail.

The delivery team do normally deliver to a room of choice, but they do request that the access is made clear so that they can safely deliver the furniture into the room of choice. Goods turned up in good condition, and we got what we asked for - delivery service organisation wasn?t as good as it could be, I didn?t return their booking call for 2 hours on a Friday afternoon which meant the delivery was delayed until the following week.

They didnt deliver within the timeslot and i had to call them to find out where the delivery was,once i got hold of them the communication was good.they should of kept me informed a bit better instead of me calling them.

We can only give estimated delivery times as sometimes the driver is held up for circumstances out of our control. Thank you for your product feedback - we will review the product information. Seems to be issues with the delivery/assembly side of things. I am still waiting for my order- well over the 20 working days I was quoted. However room to grow seem quite efficient in dealing with my complaint and were quick to respond to my email. IF my delivery arrives next week as arranged it will have taken 29 working days in total.....be warned.

Website easy to use. Customer service we great at sorting my order. Unfortunately the courier forgot about us and delivery was over a week later than expected.

The measurements of the chest on the website were not accurate.we did not realise this until we had built it but I was satisfied with their response and compensation.

ordered on line easily but delivery took quite a while and we had to chase them a number of times. However they always picked up phone quickly.
