“The bed was dented when it arrived direct from the manufacturer. Room to grow handle the situation excellently. It was further complicated when the replacement was delivered with missing pieces without warning but again room to grow sorted the whole thing out. It would be a 5star rating as the bed is lovely but on this occasion the bed manufacturers messed up and let them down.”

“Whilst the delivery and support service are good the fact the bed didn't come with numbered pieces meant that for an experienced furniture builder it still took 5 hours to build as he had to measure every piece”

“Lovely mid cabin UNO Stompa bed and very happy with the product. Completely recommend it for any young children and our 3 1/2 year old loves it. Right to grow were easy to deal with and available on the phone when needed. Only small point was the accompanying ?cube? wasn?t with the initial delivery and therefore we had to wait another 2 weeks and hang around at home for another day for the additional delivery. Wasn?t quite clear who was at fault for this either.”

“Rtg as ever very lovely and helpful. Jade delivery- fine when they finally arrived. no communication at all. An 'am' delivery arrived 6pm for a build that went on til 745. Understand events happen that delay but I was chasing for info from 1pm onwards, only called by jade at 510pm. I expect to be informed of delays rather than left stuck in the house wondering and waiting. Luckily I was working from home.”

“Delivered within time scheduled. Although it took a few phone calls. Delivery guys took items upstairs for me and removed shoes so I was very happy about that.”

“After a delivery issue was rectified in a very reasonable and proffesional manor, the bed arrived and has now been made and is in full swing. The bed is good quality and pretty easy to build. The menory foam matresses are extremely comfortable. A good bed all round.”

“Great service, prompt delivery and well installed. The only negative is that the bed is a little bit wobbly and creaky. Not sure if that's normal? Overall satisfied and will maybe tighten some fittings to see if that helps.”
