“It seems pretty solid now it's built, which took a bit longer than I'd anticipated, but was ok. The girls love them. Packaging - I would suggest more, smaller boxes for when they arrive. Some of them were 42kg and about 7 feet long, it's a bit much if you aren't built like the delivery guy, who just drops it in the hall. good beds and value though.”

“The delivery was prompt. The instructions easy to follow. However, it took 3 grown, educated arts 46hours to assemble. Not the 3hours indicated.”

“Really helpful staff when ordering bed. However, I was a little disappointed to find out that the fitters can only deliver and build the bed from a Tue- Fri, especially when I wasn't told this on the first call I made. The fitter however was really friendly and efficient and the bed is great.”

“Having read the reviews I decided to purchase our first bed for my 4 year old daughter. I had a great service from explanation to delivery. However I am not happy with the actual product itself. We put the solitaire cabin bed together as instructed ( although the bed came into two boxes it was not made clear that We would need to open both and read the instructions from box 2. I was told to open box 1 and build that first which was just the bed. But then had to take it apart due to needing to fit a piece from box 2!). The bed itself is beautiful and well made however I am not happy as it rocks and I do not think it will stand the test of time. I contacted customer services who Gain were great but we're not able to assist any further but send someone out to look at the bed for which there is a charge of £100.”

Please be assured that the manufacturer has sold thousands of this particular model all across Europe and has received excellent reviews. If assembled correctly it meets all European/UK safety testing requirements. As previously advised, please tighten the cams on the ladder as this will strengthen the framework. “Having bought three beds from three different suppliers, I have the following observations. Whilst I am happy with the quality of the product, compared to the other two beds I purchased, this bed was over priced with a long lead time for delivery.”

“Website is good but I don't like the time-out feature. I had to go to find my bank card and I timed out somInhad to go through the whole order again, and ended up missing the mattress from the original order at great expense.”

“Easy to use website with a wide range of products. I purchased a matress which exceeded my expectations and was competitively priced. The only negative was having to chase for delivery. Room to grow where quick to respond and chase courier and the situation was rectified, however information regarding delivery coukd be much better.”
