“All has been good! Delivery of the mattress was done separately, to my surprise. Assembly and instructions are very as close to IKEA as possible. Still it takes more time than one thinks. Finished product is very nice and sturdy. My daughter loved it. Only things I would improve although it is clearly not part of the original design (so it did not come as a surprise): still a few screw are apparent, but most holes are covered by stickers, and there is no shelf to put a couple of books or alarm clock.”

“Room To Grow seems to be an excellent website to buy furniture from but they use a different company to dispatch their goods and these are the people I ended up dealing with most. In my case, everything would have went very well if only I could have accepted the first delivery date they offered but, when I explained I would not be available it became a real problem to organise a new delivery slot. For example, I rang to reorganise my delivery time and was told they would check their routes and get back to me. One whole week later, they still hadn't rang back and I had to call again - they did not say as much but it was quite clear they had forgotten about my order. So, I am rating Room To Grow as "Good" and not "Excellent" because of the delivery company they use.”

“Fast delivery - bed taken straight into the right room. I did not give five stars because all the pieces were covered in sawdust and everything needed cleaning before assembly. I think this really should be done before packing in the factory. I also think it would be helpful if the pieces were numbered (I had to do this myself!).”

“I would definitely buy from Room to Grow again. I had the bed made up as well, and although it was slightly tricky to schedule a suitable day ('we only come to your area once every 2 weeks, no I can't book a day with you in 2 weeks time, we'll call you nearer the time', the guys who delivered and installed were very good and speedy, they even took away the rubbish which I wasn't extecting”

“Ordering and organising the delivery was easy enough. However the actual delivery could have been better. Our order came in 4 heavy boxes. The driver was on his own to lift them, clearly late and in a rush and could barely speak English. He said he wasn't allowed to take the boxes upstairs so left them in the living area. I'm glad my husband was home that night so we could take them upstairs. They were so heavy, I'm not even sure how the poor guy managed to lift them!”

“Fantastic range to choose from and all competively priced. Once the order for the bed was placed, we were contacted by a third party delivery company to arrange a suitable delivery date. Arrived within 2 weeks of ordering. Very pleased with the bed and mattress and so is my 4 year old son!”
