Being a reasonably practical person, the instructions to assemble the bed were quite clear and did not present any problems. There were some marks on a few parts due to careless packaging or transport issues. There were no pilot drill holes for fixing the ladder to the side rail of the bed, resulting in the mdf splitting slightly which is disappointing.

Thank you for reviewing our services.  To enable us to deliver our products quickly we use an express delivery service.  As our website states, notification for delivery is typically 24 hours prior to delivery once the route has been planned.  We are always looking at ways in which we can improve our services so thank you for your comments. Helpful telephone staff. Delivery company and driver were excellent. Communication issues between RTG and delivery company - delivery company called to organise day to deliver but RTG failed to communicate that we'd be away certain dates so wouldn't be able to receive delivery a certain week. Otherwise, really good service and fantastic product.

We have checked your order and unfortunately cannot see any notes about delivery, but if you gave specific instructions and these were not passed to the delivery team, then please be assured that this is highly unusual and we apologise for this. It is great to hear that you love your new Trendy 26 Bunk Bed. It is highly unusual to hear that the ladder obstructs the trundle drawer from pulling out. Fantastic product, easy to assemble and very happy with how it looks in my son's room. Only a minor quibble with the delivery as I had to call up a few times in order to chase up when my delivery date was going to be.

Prompt delivery, only problem was I never received email confirmation of delivery date, luckily I was at home when it was delivered.

Excellent bunk beds. Great quality apart from the trundle bed which is no where near as robust. Delivery good but different parts came from different delivery companies so we had to wait in twice for delivery.

Company were great and very helpful seen as though we had to have the bed delivered in 3 different deliveries. The components of the bed had been packed incorrectly so following initial delivery we only had half of the bed plus duplicate pieces. After a phone call a second delivery was arranged very quickly for the missing items, unfortunately, there ended up being 4 components still missing (quite major ones) another call to room to grow and the missing parts cane the next day.

Service was fine but unfortunately I had no e-mail in regards to delivery I had to phone the company & that night driver phoned to say they would be arriving approx 7.30pm next day so a bit disappointed with the very short notice.

Really great customer services. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the bed I ordered became sold out so had to wait 2 weeks from ordering to delivery. The bed is a great quality and my daughter loves it. Would highly recommend your company to others.

We are sorry you have had issues with your Stompa mattress, we will certainly speak to Stompa now we have been made aware and organise for a replacement to be sent to you. Our customer services team will contact you directly to arrange delivery and replacement hinges will be sent immediately. We will always rectify any issues with the utmost urgency.

Arrived as stated Friendly staff Definitely takes minimum 2 people to assemble Looks fantastic- would just have liked more white stickers to cover the silver nails

The process of buying this item was easy & hassle free. Delivery was not so good. The bed didn't arrive in the days given by RTG & their customer service were unavailable when I called at 1005 to discuss this & never returned my call. The delivery company never contacted to say when the delivery would take place, as RTG said they would.

We are sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced waiting for the delivery of your Solitaire White Bunk bed. To enable us to despatch our products quickly we use the services of a third party doorstep carrier company and unfortunately the delay and miscommunication you experienced was out of our control. We will pass on your feedback to the carrier company involved. We are currently investigating additional delivery options which we hope to add to our delivery options in the near future.
