Thank you for rating our services. It is good to receive your comments but strange to learn that you received delivery a day earlier than expected, I can only suggest that the delivery team had a space on their route that day and thought they'd drop by on the off chance you were in - they would have returned the following day had you not been at the property. “Easy to buy online. Good delivery service ( on time and as arranged). Fab product, super easy to assemble. Slightly bad paint work finish in places which dissapointed us but overall we love the bed- sturdy & safe.”

“We did extensive research for white bunks at a reasonable price with shelving and under bed storage No wider than 120cm that had enough height between bunks so that they would grow with our five year old twins. The Solitaire fitted the bill. They are well designed with no sharp edges and when built are extremely sturdy. The only slight negatives for me are: 1)as others have said they did take a while to build, although I was working methodically. Just open all 3 boxes and use the instructions from the Xtension kit box and you can't go wrong. 2) they were delivered promptly (within 3 days of ordering) but the courier could have been more professional - he turned up in a battered white van, threw the boxes into the house within 2 minutes and sped off for his next drop off. Other than the build time and the courier issue I would still totally recommend these beds. They are very sturdy and everything we were looking for.”

“Room to grow seemed fine but delivery was disgusting from Jeremy Bowen, I cancelled the order,waiting for my money back!!!!”
