“Great bed, good online ordering. Delivery service let you down - inflexible and no weekend deliveries. This is 2017 and a lot of households do not have someone able to wait in for a whole weekday morning or afternoon at 24hrs notice for a delivery. Other companies seem to manage it, it's a shame your selected couriers can't.”

“Service was good and delivery quick although very little warning and had difficulty contacting the company/ delivery driver to attempt to alter delivery date”

The Solitaire range is very popular and you are quite right that this particular bed is very flexible. “They were good hen contacted. However the bed took longer to arrive than the maximum stated on the site. The bed was as described. We love it.”

“Helpful and speedy. Some minor miscommunication in what was being delivered when. Then received one faulty/ rotted wooden bed slat which needed replacing - free of charge. Sadly no offer of a discount voucher.”

“Room to grow have been great no issues with them but the delivery service they use isn't that great. I received a call asking could they deliver wednesday. I informed them I was in work but off Thursday and Friday. They asked me could one of my neighbours take the delivery! I told them normal size packages yes but I can't ask them to take a bed! They then told me they didn't know if they could deliver Thursday or Friday as they wern't sure if they would be in our area. I have never had this issue before and wasn't happy that they were holding the bed. They did end up delivering Friday because they were in my area. One guy turned up, wearing flip flops and did manage the bed on his own but there should have been two delivery men. Think room to grow need to look at changing there delivery company.”

“Great bed and desk, my son loves it!!! Very sturdy and heavy. Easy to build with good instructions. Only thing I would say the drawers for the desk the bottom slips so need some glue to keep in place other than this lovely set.”

“The company were good, unfortunately the delivery company they used were diabolical. For that reason I wouldn't buy from them again unless they switched who they use to deliver their products.”

“The service was fantastic as I had to amend my order. No fuss no quibble and the bed arrived on time. My children love it and the shelves are an an amazing idea as they have their own space. My only criticism is that it took 2 experienced men 6 hours to build and the shelves bits are plasterboard which split a bit. However they managed to sort it with different nails and it was fine. Overall more than delighted but you do need lots of time and experience to put this together as room to grow don't offer a build service for this model.”

“I would have liked a little more warning of the delivery date. I received a phone call requesting to deliver the next day. Otherwise, the website is good and the order process is straightforward.”

“Good delivery service only it would be helpful to know in the morning if the intended delivery is for the morning or afternoon - our bed arrived in the evening. I did get a call 45 minutes before the delivery, but I had to wait in all day. It was good that logistics/customer services called to check that the proposed delivery day was suitable and I changed it as it wasn't convenient for me.”
