“Great quality furniture, easy to assemple, looks stylish and solid. Great service. A bit long lead times order to delivery. Would help if given the weight of packages , those delivered to the room, not just to the house door.”

“Communication and service from Room To Grow was very good. However their chosen delivery company wasn't up to scratch. Bed arrived in rather battered and torn boxes which looked to have been thrown about a bit. Luckily no major damage apart from a scratch to bed frame”

“Very good Customer Service overall as advice given over the phone prior to purchase was very good. Sales adviser was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions on various different beds, mattresses and the different options comprehensively. Slight disappointment was re: delivery which turned out to be a couple of days later than originally advised.”

“Part of my delivery was missing and the logistics firm room to grow use are not brilliant, didn't turn up had to chase redelivery myself, had to keep room to grow updated on the situation as they wasn't being kept in the loop, took just under a month to get sorted”

“My son loves his new bed and the sofa and desk are good too. I was expecting a little more quality for the price as it is fairly creaky but this might be the same with the type of bed. However as long as my son likes it and sleeps well that the main thing. Installation by the team was faultless. On time, polite, efficient 5 stars for them.”

“Wardrobe is good quality, but the wardrobe arrived with the wrong handles attached, which meant it didn't close properly. The delivery people however were very good and immediately contacted the company to advise them and within 20 minutes i had had a call from them to confirm that they were sending out replacements.”

“Room to grow were very good in arranging the sale, the delivery and the return of respective product. If there is any criterism i felt they overegged the quality and the return was slow - but i understand the return was stompas respnsibility.”
