Product arrived well packaged and on time. Easy to order. However be aware that should it not fit in your room ( 2cm too big for our box room) there's a hefty return charge then a check at warehouse so if you've already tried to build it you may not get a full refund. We decided it was cheaper to chop the bed down and use our own brackets.

Service was excellent. Ordering and delivery very smooth. Assembly was difficult to follow but got there in the end. Found a damage part in the desk but was already partly through assembly before realising. Have assembled it and hope it stays secure

Good service from order to delivery however my house was undergoing a renovation at the time of delivery and the room we wanted the bed for had just been completed, the installation guys damaged the newly plastered ceiling and marked a freshly painted wall

Ordering good and really happy with the product. Bit more communication on delivery would have been really nice. Felt they were very vague as to when it might get delivered, when you need to arrange to be in for it.

Only criticism is I thought the assembly was a bit pricey but when it came I was glad I'd paid for it!

Very happy with the product I received and it arrived within a week. Delivery was a bit confusing with the driver who phoned barely speaking any English and refused to wait five minutes for someone to return to the house to receive the package. Eventually left outside on a slightly wet path. Bit disappointing after paying an additional fee for delivery because I live in Scotland.

Service was pretty good, ordered over the phone, could have been a little more positive was very matter of fact........ Delivery fee is far too expensive....... Especially for the way it is delivered!!!!!!

There were some missing parts (I went out and purchased alternates) the delivery the guy delivering the items refused bring the items in the house lucky I was at home and not my wife

Delivered on time. But assembly of bed is horrendous. The instructions are difficult to follow and one piece that we needed to use quite early on was in a different box to the rest of the parts for that stage. We had three adults putting it together and trying to follow the instructions. I would now not recommend this bed to any friends. You need to give clearer instructions and label the boxes clearer. We had instructions for a bunk bed when that it not the bed we ordered. Really disappointed.

Poor communication. One confirmation email then a call on a Friday morning 4 weeks later at 6.45am to say we're delivering today! Unfortunately we work for a living. Then arranged a day, got someone to sit in then part order arrived. Bed finally delivered this week and left with a neighbour. Again, no communication at all. Just arrived and fortunately we have nice neighbours.

All deliveries should be scheduled in advance - this is not normal practice.   We acknowledge the disappointing experience that you?ve had recently and that a mistake was made in the warehouse when picking your order - we do expect better care to be taken. I placed order on a Wednesday, bed was delivered the following Friday. Staff were very helpful when I called chasing delivery date.

The bed itself is very good but organisation of the delivery was poor, as was the customer services experience and level of information available when I tried to find out what was going on. When it did finally arrive the two delivery drivers themselves were helpful and pleasant. It's just the back office who apparently couldn't organise a you-know-what in a brewery.
