“The bed is great, good quality, beautiful looking and great size. Only criticism is that it creaks but this would not stop me buying it. I gave 4 stars as the cube storage unit was delivered with the incorrect holes drilled in the base so still waiting for the correct piece.”

Thank you for leaving a review for RTG. Occasionally, once a new bed has 'settled' the hardware may need tightening ever so slightly and then you should be set. “Looks fab and was easier than we thought to put together. All i would say is that it could do with a low base support as it can feel a bit wobbly. Not drastically but it moves a bit when getting on and off it. Apart from that. My 5 yr old loves it”

Thank you for reviewing our services and Solitaire White Midsleeper with Pull Out Desk and Bookcase. Please be assured that the manufacturer has sold thousands of this particular model all across Europe and has received excellent reviews. If assembled correctly it meets all European/UK safety testing requirements. Please do tighten the cams if these have loosened, as this will strengthen the framework. Best Wishes, RTG.

“Overall a good experience and very happy with the furniture. Was disappointed to have my original appointment cancelled very late in the day, having stayed at home for it, but they did come the following day (which luckily was a Saturday and I could be at home) and fit the furniture then. The fitting was very well done, by a very friendly chap.”

“Bit short notice on delivery - was called on the morning to say they were delivering that day. Then the delivery driver asked my husband to help him unload the boxes from the van!!”

“The product is very good quality and was delivered efficiently soon after we had ordered. Emails were appropriate and informative. Only downside was the delivery company used for the mattress - delivered a day late and left in plain site on our driveway - we live on a main road so it could easily have been taken. Would appreciate if you could feedback to the courier company.”

“The service from Room to Grow was excellent - communication was exceptional. They were slightly let down by their delivery contractor (who took longer than the estimate), but Room to Grow successfully chased this on my behalf and kept me updated. The deducted star is only because delivery contractors did need to be chased, but I have no issues with Room to Grow - they were very helpful.”
