The product is very good quality and was delivered efficiently soon after we had ordered. Emails were appropriate and informative. Only downside was the delivery company used for the mattress - delivered a day late and left in plain site on our driveway - we live on a main road so it could easily have been taken. Would appreciate if you could feedback to the courier company.
