“I still haven't received my order despite ordering at the start of September. Post order I was informed the item was out of stock (no indication of this on the website) and when I followed up, was told it would be back in stock on 3rd October. It is now 6th October and I still haven't received my order. I will not be ordering from this company again.”

We are sorry your lamp was damaged, a replacement was sent next day but unfortunately with the Royal Mail strikes it has been held up in their system. It is due for delivery today. Sincere apologies RTG

“Exceeded expectations. Th bed is fantastic quality and was a good price compared to other sites. Availability stated 2-3 weeks but it was actually delivered in 4 days. The courier was one of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever come across, ensuring he delivered at a time to suit me and to the room of our choice. Very happy customer.”

“The bed is great and very impressed with delivery and assembly.. However, not happy with company changing my delivery date on short notice due to another customer having the same name as me. This error on their part, caused massive inconvenience for me and my husband. Also had to delay more renovations to our house because of it. I did receive an email reply apologising but was not impressed with how the situation was dealt with.”

“Very bad wood quality!!! We bought this “Breeze Solid Wood..” bed for a 4 years old girl. Just after 3-4 weeks the ladder came out of the frame while my daughter was climbing it to get in the bed. My daughter is 4 years, 15 kg and is very gentle, even climbing gently on the ladder it happened to brake. I have sent a video and some pictures to the customer service team asking for help but nothing happened, they even didn’t reply me. Very disappointed!!!! For £677 it’s quite expensive to be broken in few weeks. My daughter is very disappointed she can not climb in her newish bed…..”

“We had a few issues with delivery however the team at Room to Grow, Stacey specifically, were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the issues were sorted without quibble or delay. The bed is fantastic and our son was very happy to make the long climb up into his new High Sleeper! Thanks, Room to Grow!”

“Loved our items from room to grow. There was one very small fault on one side of the cot. When I raised this, room to grow’s customer service was excellent and they offered to send a new panel straight away. Would recommend!”

“Fantastic bed, really good quality. Disappointed that I'd paid for assembly but they don't assemble the day they deliver. Simple getting a refund but would have liked it built on the same day. Would have been 5 stars”

Thank you for your review. We are unable to offer assembly at the time of delivery for the Jubilee Bunk Bed, we use Screwdriver, an independent assembly team who will call a couple of days after delivery. “Ordered one bed and only received the ladder. Then when the next delivery came the ladder with that bed didnt fit. For the price you pay for the bed it wasnt as good as i thought it would be quality wise. The curtains was missing and nuts was missing. The delivery company however was really nice carried upstairs to where you wanted the item.”
