“I ordered this bed for my granddaughter who stays with me frequently. Delivery was supposed to be 3/4 weeks. The customer service was awful. After calling them several times to find out the delay. No one called me back it took over 7 weeks to receive the bed. On the plus the bed is very nice.”

We are sorry there was a delay with your order, we are investigating as to why it took so long. Your bed is made to order and we did experience delays with production, we apologise you were not updated regularly, when we have to wait for updates from the factory it can take some time. “Lovely bed, sturdy and easy to assemble. Slightly weird holes still visible but this is to do with where you want the rails etc. My reason for the 3 stars is delivery time, website said 3/4weeks when I orders it but it was more like 5 and I had to chase with lots of emails etc.”

“Ordered a high sleeper with desk and chair underneath. Really good communication regarding delivery. Very easy to reschedule delivery which I had to do. Great product, sturdy and easy to assemble.”

“The bed arrived as confirmed in emails. The gentlemen that delivered it were very helpful. Be warned Room to grow recommend that the bed fits a mattress size of 190cm (L) and they recommend mattresses that are suitable for this type of bed. The mattress is too small in length and fits a mattress of 200cm (L). The mattress that they advertise and the one that we purchased is very uncomfortable and once my little girl is a bit older it will need changing.”

Thank you for your comments, the bed is designed for 90 x 190cm mattresses, there should be some space at the head and footboard to allow for changing bedding, the mattresses should not be tight against the head and footboards. Best wishes RTG

“The instructions we were sent were not correct, the screw holes in the wood were not correctly aligned so ended up damaging the wood. I expected better service and quality for the price I paid.”
