The quality of the product is excellent, very sturdy and will no doubt support two monkeys jumping on it for the next few years.
I did find the instructions a little bit difficult to follow especially considering this was a modular bed and despite some knowledge of building flat park furniture it took almost two hours to construct, so give yourself plenty of time.
Delivery updates and service was spot on as well.
