“Easy to use website but issues with delivery have lead to a review that isn’t glowing. I was often told I would get a call back or a notification of something only to hear nothing. An incorrect mattress was delivered and it was beyond reasonable the timeframe in which to get the correct one sent out. Too much of my time was spent chasing someone else’s error. I think next time I would use a bigger supplier like John Lewis which is sad as I prefer to use smaller businesses but the customer service didn’t match on this occasion.”

We are sorry we let you down. We do use third party delivery teams and unfortunately we do not have access to their schedules so we are reliant on another company to book customer deliveries. The service should have been better when an incorrect item was delivered and we are investigating this with the delivery team. Even large companies like John Lewis use third party delivery companies for some of their furniture items and have the same supply chain issues. “I am very pleased with the Stompa UNOS 26 Highsleeper Bed with Desk, Sofa Bed and Hutch. The bed is made up of real wood which adds to its longevity. I also appreciate the size of the bed is European in length, which is perfect for growing children. The sofa bed with hidden storage for sleepover bedding is handy for added storage. Also, a fixed desk for a study area is essential for homework.”

“Not too much communication and the booking rescheduling wasn’t great. I was offered a slot, I clicked reschedule to see what other dates were available and it cancelled my slot and said “we’ll be in touch”. Emailed them, no response, then a few days later got another slot (same slot I think) which I felt I had to accept. Had to take a day off to receive it, I’m self employed charged out at £350 p/day so this added a fair bit to the price for me. More flexibility in the rescheduling process could easily have prevented this. Otherwise, very happy with the bed.”

“Excellent item good value. Web site very easy to use, order process very smooth. Ordered delivery and installation of bed for Grandson. Great delivery comms, arrived on time, delivered to room, bed was very efficiently put together. Grandson blown away with final product.”

“Prompt confirmation on receipt of the order and accurate eta of goods. Slight disappointment outer box torn above display panel on the box. As this is a gift would have preferred unmanaged box. However previous positives out way the negative.”

“Fantastic fast delivery. The bed is perfect, feels very sturdy and my two girls love it. Unfortunately I haven’t brought the correct size mattress as it needs a European single not a UK size.”

“I ordered the beds as it came with assembly however once the beds had arrived I then had to contact the assemblers myself who had no available slots for a number of weeks. I did receive the assembly Money back quickly and then had to find my own assemblers. The beds are now made and are of good quality.”

Thank you for your review, we do use a third party assembly team, Screwdriver, for the Cambridge bunk beds. They are usually very quick to arrange a date to assemble, within a matter of a few days. “I’m afraid that the finish of the bed frame was very poor. The wood was very rough to touch, there were various chips and dents. In my opinion, the price of the bed frame did not match the final product. I’m not one to usually write reviews but have done so in this instance.”
