My son is really pleased with his cabin bed and desk. It does look good but it took a lot of time to build. We feel the pieces could have been more put together than they were. We were 2 adults for about 4 hours putting it all together. Now it’s up it’s pretty good quality and perfect for what we wanted.

Paid over £500 for bunk beds delivery was fast and brilliant but not worth the price ! 2 shelvings was broke and peeled and part of the ladder was also damaged

We ordered the Juliette single bed and paid a substantial amount for delivery. I was kept well informed that the delivery would be late however it caused so much stress with getting rid of my little girls cot too early. I received an email to inform me I would have my delivery fee refunded however that has not happened. It has been at least 2 weeks since the bed was actually delivered.

The experience overall was fine. The delivery team communicated frequently but confused me as they kept referring to the name of the bed "stompa" without the addition of "bed" which took me a while to remember. Sharing "your stompa bed from Room to Grow" would have made things a bit easier. When we got the bed, the headboard had the screw holes incorrectly drilled so the bed doesn't lie flat. I contacted the company and they were very prompt responding. They said they have sent a new part. I look forward to it's arrival. Once the new headboard arrives I am sure I'll have a happy child as the rest of the bed looks great!

The bed is lovely but the wait was long and it took the delivery company 3 attempts before they actually delivered so I had a lot of time wasted at home waiting for a bed not to arrive and a lot of grief chasing things up and hassling for answers. My daughter is very happy but I’ve paid a premium price for a lot of headaches.

The whole process was so easy and my order arrived super quickly. However, to my disappointment the box came completely damaged, covered in ‘Fragile’ tape and the box reading something about pets. This was bought as a gift so I was disappointed to see how it was presented, I did not think this was very professional - the packaging was nothing to do with Room To Grow. Having said this, we finally opened it up and the product itself was perfect. Really good quality and exactly what we expected.

Products are good-ish but the prices are so high that my expectations were for more quality. The customer service is fine and the installers were brilliant. However, I have paid £1k for a high sleeper for my son that creaks about and sometimes feels like it's lifting off the floor when he climbs down the ladder. The mattress is also a bit too short for the frame so there is an annoying gap that his pillow falls into. Would have just liked a bit more for my money.

Good prices but poor communication. I received no correspondence after payment. I was not informed when I had been dispatched therefore could not organise someone to be home for the delivery. I started a live chat, emailed and called. On the call I was told it would be with my that same day. I was very annoyed as I work fulltime and can not arrange someone at the drop of a hat! My neighbour kindly took the order in and the box was battered, broken both ends. One end soaked! Not happy and will not be a returning customer.

Products were fine but it was agreed with Room to Grow that the delivery would be to the room of choice. This was agreed and confirmed by Room to Grow but the driver refused to take it to the room. My wife is very slender and i was not around and part of the assembly process is that the bed has to be in the room. A bit of a nightmare.

Item excellent, delivery very poor ordered for granddaughters birthday after being told by telephone it would be delivered on time , had to contact as not arrived after 10 days , very casual response with promise of return call and explanation, however after waiting several hours I had to call again to get an answer, transferred around the office until told couriers fault!!!! and a promise of delivery the next day Delivered as promised but no real apology or explanation really sad for my 6 year granddaughter who was waiting patiently to furnish her TeePee with cusions and blankets bought from other members of the family in anticipation for her teepee. What a shame has put me off buying again from you

Very well made furniture and delivered on time with friendly driver. Product appears well made and solid which you want for your children. The majority of the building was straight forward. However the design and installation/instructions for the desk under the bed in my opinion was very poor. It is for this reason I have given a review of 3 stars. If this was improved it would very likely have been 5 stars

Helpful initially. Delivery slot is not very flexible without large delays. Bit missing needed for construction so currently can not build which is frustrating.

The site itself is good. The delivery of the product was very good BUT the product itself was an absolute nightmare to assemble.

The delivery and assembly guys were fantastic. There is a crack/dent in one part of the bed. My son often comments on how much the bed wobbles and makes noise when he moves. However it’s a great looking bed, my son loves the sofa bed part and he is happy with it
