The whole process was so easy and my order arrived super quickly. However, to my disappointment the box came completely damaged, covered in ‘Fragile’ tape and the box reading something about pets. This was bought as a gift so I was disappointed to see how it was presented, I did not think this was very professional - the packaging was nothing to do with Room To Grow.
Having said this, we finally opened it up and the product itself was perfect. Really good quality and exactly what we expected.
