“Instructions were ambiguous. I finally found updated on your website. Pity you didnt supply me with those! Confusion about which control unit I actually had with my door. Otherwise door is well made and now works well.”

“Website, ordering and delivery all very good. Phone queries answered efficiently. Pre- programmed door and electronics did not work as I got another customers kit box. Instructions for manual programming were OK but not in a very logical order. Looks good and works well. It 'chatters' in strong winds and feels a bit flimsy. I would not keep anything valuable behind this door. You would need a stronger model for that. A few months in, the door failed to stop going up, causing strap and slat damage. This was deemed not to be a warranty claim! If it happens again, I will certainly persue this furthur.”

“My door is good the fitters did not waste time arriving early and getting the job done however the surveyor came out the week before went through everything was very thorough but the fitters told me could not fit it the way the surveyor suggests that then led me to losing approx 6 inch on the opening which I wasn’t Impressed with my only question would be why send a surveyor out for then the fitters do not agree with what’s put into plan leaving me with a 6 inch shortfall on my opening”

“Rollerdoor were easy to deal with, although no guide of appointment time for installation was given. The roller door arrived and was fitted as requested. The door looks good and works quietly with a good range on the remote.”

“Ordered a large electric roller shutter door, very good communication and was delivered and fitted exactly as promised. A great product only reason I’ve not given 5 stars is I paid postage but also paid for fitting and they brought it with them but not a big deal as the service was excellent.”

“Great help from staff with making the final sizes choice! Price quoted Fine! Door ordered Fine! Delivery date advised Fine! Door arrived on time Fine! Nice delivery guys who were very helpful. Good lads! Fitting goes well and on inspection once fitted, one slat is noted as damaged. This would only be visible once the door is fitted and fully lowered and was in the centre on the inside of the door. It was clearly a badly produced slat when manufactured. They (Rollerdor) were not really interested and blamed me for the damage when fitting it. Sent detailed photos to Rollerdor for them to look at and they were not still not interested. So gave up. It is a flaw in the manufacturing process my fitter told me without question. So all in all yes good garage door that does the job brilliantly. Easy to install and configure, but beware! Check everything before going to install once received, as if you have a problem they will blame you for any damage. Such a shame this small problem marred the whole purchase, delivery and fitting. Would have given a Very Good 10/10 without any doubt, but sorry Rollerdor it is only a 7/10 you need to listen to the honesty of your customers. You can come and inspect it anytime you wish and then maybe you may see I was not lying. Such a shame as Good British Company. Would probably use again though.”

“I was disappointed, after only 4 years, to have a problem with the emergency brake that couldn't fixed. However I received very helpful advice from the company when I rang to order a replacement.”

“I did a DIY installation of my garage door, Fitting a standard unit. Instructions for measurement and installation were good and easy to follow. The door has performed well and reliably, Rollerdor were able to supply replacement parts, after a failed break in attempt, quickly and reasonably. Overall a good buy.”

“Very nice doors, only let down by the fact that the electric cables were cut in unequal lengths so made it very difficult to hide within trunking which I fitted as agreed”
