“The door was to short width wise I was disappointed as the old door had already been removed I had to make it fit buy extending the walls l am not sure what went wrong with the measurements”

“From start to finish a straight forward procedure. From ordering to delivery. Easy to fit. Only problem following instructions. Phone tech line twice and a gentleman sorted everything out so thank you overall very happy and would have no hesitation in using your company again”

“Don't buy one of these doors if you want it to last more than 6 years.Mine is just 6 years old and has already started corroding quite badly.Cost of replacing the slats alone is now nearly what the whole door cost.I would try elsewhere with a better guarantee if you can find one.”

“I am very happy with the price and the quality. Communication was good, and when I called for help, a very pleasant lady was very knowledgeable and helpful. Printed instructions for assembly would be much easier to use than having to refer to a laptop screen, and then clicking links to find how the controller system worked. The wiring pictures were confusing and did not tell us that we had to remove a link wire and a resistor, I had to phone for guidance. The pictures and descriptions were not always clear, leaving us scratching our heads about riveting the end plates on, and where to drill the hole for the emergency winder, can this not be pre drilled?it was not easy to work out the position. Two of us took 5 hours to install.”

“A spare part was required for my faulty door. Special thanks to Will who could not have been more helpful. He identified the part, arranged payment and delivery, and it arrived in 3 days. The price surprised me, I honestly expected more. As a bonus when refitting the part I discovered the door had not been installed properly (by another company) and that error has now been rectified. All in all I could not be anything but extremely pleased with my contact with Rollerdor.”

“I rang to ask how long for delivery and were the parts in stock. 48 hrs with Royal Mail, order online and parts despatched next day. Ordered 4:30pm Thursday,arrived 11am Monday. Perfection.”

“Bought three doors, which was delivered ahead of schedule, opted for the self installation which obviously took a few days. The installation was without any problems, key is to study the very complete installation guides and if in doubt get on to the chat line on their website. In all a very satisfying experience which was far better then any other DIY installation I have ever done. Only challenge really is when you load the door slats onto the roller bar, two people and a temporary support A-frame made it easy. Definitely recommend this company.”

“Mechanism has never been right. As a result I have had to effect many repairs. Asked them to come and fix it but no response. I will need to get the whole door replaced as a result”

“Second time I’ve ordered parts for my electric roller door. Both times trouble free and fast delivery. Friendly customer service if you need to ask for advice. Parts are excellent quality, well priced and delivered quickly. Would definitely recommend.”
