“Person who surveyed made sure all measurement taken correctly advising best possible for what was required (roller door) thereafter Guys who came to install both great guys, no quibble, did what was promised overall good, clean job.”

“Good quality door works as it should. Door arrived made for the wrong side. Drive should of been on right not left. I noticed it on paperwork before it was made and rang them but still came wrong. Door was made to long I had to remove three slats after ringing to confirm this. I'm a competent DIY'er so was no problem for me to remove. Very happy with the door now though. Gary”

“Good delivery. Arrived well packaged,but 4 screws to hold the bearing were missing.Contacted Customer Services who sent them by post to me.A little dissapointed that control box not upgradable to be able to fit sensors to make door automatic.”

“Good door ,easy to install,works well and I have gained 125mm each side of the opening compared to the original door .Very happy ,easier to reverse into the garage without having to fold the door mirrors in on the car .”

“Had a bit of trouble trying to explain my requirements but finally sorted it out and ordered my door, It arrived sooner than promised, which was good, all the bits were there and undamaged. It was easy to fit and only took two of us half a day to fit. It works perfectly and if I have a complaint the motor is a little noisy. I would not hesitate to recommend Rollerdor to anyone else. “Really happy with the product, the only problem I had was I had a load of scratches on the curtain where it was rubbing the top box, the instruction didn’t say screw it back to keep it clear from the curtain, apart from that a great product.”

“Quick to respond to my pre-sales questions. Lots of documentation so I was confident I could complete the install which went without a hitch and it took about 2-3 hours in total. I would award 4.5 stars if I could as I never received a shipping notification or delivery date so I wasn't in when they attempted delivery. Not the end of the world but could easily have been avoided.”

“It took some time for someone to come and measure up and a little chasing, which is why I've given four rather than five stars, but once they did come the service from then on was superb. The process was very clearly explained at the outset, and the door itself definitely meets expectations. I'm also very impressed that this company have waited a good few months before asking me to write a review - that has given us time to form a solid opinion. I would definitely recommend Rollerdor.”

“Very good service, I had a fault in the roller motor, spoke to Rollerdor engineer, he said a replacement motor was needed, a new motor arrived the next day, this cured the fault.”

“I purchased 3 roller doors direct from Rollerdoor and collected from Norwich. I installed them myself, the first two went perfectly, the third due to my own mistake broke a roller hinge, I phoned and Rollerdoor had a new one posted to me within 48 hours... I simple value for money product with good after service if needed!”

“Great service and price. From help with selecting the right door, to ensuring I had the correct measurements, the team were helpful all the way. Delivery was quicker than estimated and the two guys who delivered the door also gave a bit of fitting advice, which was useful. The fitting instructions were clear and easy to follow and the door was in and operating in no time. Really pleased with it so far and it has freed up space in the garage compared to my old up and over door. Very happy and would recommend Rollerdor!”

“Great door but had to make adjustments to the lip of the roller cover. Set it up perfect but outside edge was catching as it went down. Disappointed as it wasn't cheap. All fixed now with some help and foam. Great product otherwise.”
