“Have bought your doors in the past but things have changed. The end caps to the roller are plastic and become detached very easily were as in the past they were stapled and not crimped but that is my only crib.”

“Nice door, fits well and good prices. Down side is the door easy comes of the roller is there is a obstacle in the way of the door. The metal lugs bend too easy.”

“Our roller door arrived on time with driver and one other to help with the unloading Just fitted the door works perfect The only minor issue that the instructions could be better Otherwise we were very pleased and would order again 👍”

“Very pleased with our door. It is a wider size than many suppliers list and Rollerdor supplied at a good price comparable with others. They supply a good fitting guide download and it was fitted and working in a few hours. Due to the extra width of nearly 4m, the door does vibrate in the middle a little in strong winds so some form of support roller centrally would be an advantage. All in all I'm very pleased with the door, an excellent quality product from a good supplier.”

“Received fob quickly, unfortunately it had an error so contacted rollerdor and they asked that i send it back and they would repair or replace. Recieved replacment within days of returning and works fine now.”

“Overall a good door, the lads that delivered the door were friendly and helpful. The door operates well. The only problem I had was when fitting the door I found a lot of scratches on the top of the canopy and some smaller scratches to the uprights, also the motor was mounted on the wrong side to what I specified. I sent pictures to RollerDor and everything I said was brushed aside which I wasn't best pleased about. I wasn't impressed with this after paying extra for a special colour door and canopy a large portion of the top of the canopy was badly scratched.”

“Only placed my order a couple of days ago so quite surprised to receive an email for a review so soon. I followed their measuring guide which was simple enough and submitted my own measurements. The calculator is great. You just put in your sizes and select the optional extras you require and the exact price is immediately generated. I managed to save around £250 on quotes I was given by local companies. Also, they manufacture in the UK and the local company's supplied doors manufactured in Germany and quoted around 12 weeks for the installation which I thought was ridiculous. I did have a couple of queries before placing the order which was promptly answered on the webchat. So far so good. I will do another review after the installation.”

“Brilliant bit of kit, great quality and finish of product. Excellent delivery service. Only downside was wasting 4 hours trying to wire up the controller with nothing working. After a call to technical who took 2 hours to call back disclosed that the Somfey Motor wiring wasn’t included in the instructions yet 🤬 Very helpful chap talked me through what to do and after a very long day all good and working fine. Fitted the second door the following day from start to finish in 4 hours. Easy when your armed with the correct information. Would recommend though….lovely doors 👍”

“The product itself is great, however, it arrived with the mechanism on the wrong side. They were unable to visit to correct it which is perfectly understandable as we live on an island but expected us to put their error right with no recompense whatsoever. A goodwill gesture would have sweetened the experience and I, as a company director, would've handled it differently.”

“The ordering process was very straight forward and the sales staff were very helpful. My door was delivered on time after a five week lead time. Very easy to install, both the door and the electric controls. However the fitting instructions for the emergency external winding assembly were confusing but a quick telephone call to the company we fitted the mechanism without a problem. The door looks really good and works very well indeed and I am delighted with it.”

“The online chat service is great The product is great The colour option look really good too, I had anthracite. Product came within the quoted 4 weeks and fits great. Only thing that's has stopped me giving 5 stars is the literature that came with the DIY door is the 'user guide'. This has a QR code link to installation instructions, not ideal constantly zooming in and scrolling on your phone when fitting. Printed version of these instructions should come and standard, or be a option to include when ordering (to reduce paper waste)”

“The doors are great. The man who came to measure up was on time and did a good job and gave me extra information that was very helpful. The fitters likewise were efficient and did a great job and were patient as I got the hang of everything. Only thing that wasn't 100% was the communication with the office over the phone I had to chase them up for my order and it wasn't clear however this was in the height of the pandemic in 2020 so that may have some bearing. I love to support local firms and would use this one again. It goes recommended.”

“Great price. Arrived as promised. For some reason when the door was installed the flick switch was set to automatically close with one button press. There was something in the way and it didn’t stop. I now have a bent door section. The helpdesk didn’t assume any responsibility, so I’m left with a faulty door. Aftercare is disappointing.”

“With used roller door to install our garage doors few years back. Reviews them again recently to have our garage doors upgraded and have several of the panels replaced due to damage. Very reasonably priced. The only thing I would say is sometimes it’s a little bit clunky in the moment you speak to them to have in an appointment made. Once the appointment is made they do keep to the to the date and time specified. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”
