Brackets break every three years but replaced under warranty. Batteries in door sensor only last one month and are not cheap. Door makes blinking sound when opening. Daughter has Rollerdor and has no problems with hers.

My Rollerdor is only 3 years old. After a year of average use, when it failed to operate I phoned Rollerdor and was told that the 2 batteries in the control box fitted on the door needed to replaced. These are AA 3.6 volt batteries that I could only get them on line and they are quite expensive. The new batteries only lasted 1 month so I replaced them again, after replacing the batteries 4 times I phoned Rollerdor again and was told that the control box needed to be replaced this cost me £70 plus the cost of batteries. A garage door and components on this item should be good for 7 to 10 years therefore I am quite disappointed with the product and think Rollerdor should have replaced this item free of charge.

Not the best product control box loses its memory if power turned off. Customer service not the best. Better products our there

had many problems with door andas it is the only way of getting in garage it is a bine. not a really reliable door plus fobs do not last long.

Very disappointed with my door this is the 2nd time the catches have broken had to argue the 2st time as they are under guarantee now it has cost me

Instructions were awful, pictures need to be taken from further away so you can actually see what you are looking at. Safety brake was already jammed on had to be reset which was not a simple task. Paid for grey casing which came and had a stuffing gland stuck out of each end; this should be an option as I've hidden the cables in the cavity there are no 2 stuffing glands stuck out of the casing which I paid extra for.

Product is actually very good but their instructions for a DIY fitting leave a lot to be desired. In particular the fitting of the guide tracks seems to point you in the direction of fitting them back to front, and if you do this they then charge considerably more than the original cost of the door to put this right. Beware!

The door went in fine and was working well for 7 months but unfortunately now the motor keeps jamming with no restrictions on the door runners.

Bought a replacement remote control for the door and it was fitted with a duff battery which is not very good when they cost £15

The reason I have given only two stars is based on the product itself and specifically the motors. I have had numerous reports from customers of the motors forgetting their limits. I have had to go back to several doors I fitted where the customer reports the door over opening or closing. One motor failed and I had to replace it. For these reasons I took the decision not to sell any more of your doors. In terms of staff and helpfulness I am very pleased. I have always had good service and have no complaints. But in the end it is the product which matters most of all and I cannot day with confidence to any customer that it is a good product.

Ordering door and everything went fine turned up when it was supposed too. However when the deliverey driver turned up my door is off a 4.8 meter length and didnt fit in the van so had been bashed about it. The main letdown for me was there was quite a few scratches and one dent to the actual roller curtain which is visible on the outside tried to email to no response. Doors a good product and been reliable installation is quite simple just a shame it was damaged.

Door fitted quickly just over a couple of years ago, no probs. One day lifting straps slipped out of the collars breaking all but one set of linkage straps and damaging some of the door slats. Guys in office sorted me out with replacement parts ok, and cheaply. Now have a damaged shitty looking door that works but now no longer a good advertisement for the company. When the door was made or fitted the screws nipping up the lifting collars were never tightened, eventually they move sideways and allow the lifting straps to pop out and get jammed up in the door. Shame it happened a couple of months out of the warranty.

This review relates to the manual override kit, very overpriced, poor quality and the instructions are dreadful. The Rollerdor's are great, but this kit is not.

Hi Delivery was on Time But product has is not as strong as I thought as Door bends inwards in the wind and I’m worried it will bend out of side tracks

Bought the DIY Rollerdoor in Black, although a good product a few things that I'm no too happy about, one of the key fobs the down button doesn't work hopefully they will just send a new one. Main issue is that the top cover has no strength in the middle, fitted as per instructions but the cover has rubbed the door in the middle causing a lot of scratches, phone them company for advice was told to wedge the top so that the cover moves away from the door works but now the inside cover wont fit, disappointed as the door now looks poor and has taken me months to save up for.

Installed in September 2016, the door has been inoperative on 7 occasions. When working, the door is fine but my previous roller door worked non stop for 20 years without a problem. Although repaired (call out charge £75 plus parts) I still do not have an explanation as to why the door has proved unreliable.

Great if all goes well! I have had two doors & apart from the slow expensive delivery they are good. However if you have a problem they are not really interested & unhelpful. Replacement parts are expensive & their system for locating an old order is shameful! let alone the delivery cost & time.

Only had the garage door for roughly 2 years it’s falling apart having to replace it as it’s beyond repair brought For newFixings had a professional Garage door fitter come fit Them and even before he put them on said they’re not going to last now having to fork out for a brand-new door not impressed at all Customer service and phone was brilliant to get spare parts but quality of door is awful
