“Doors are great The only thing that is really annoying is the plastic hinges which if you aren’t good at getting the max settings right or someone leaves something at the threshold, get smashed and at £40 a go (and this has happened twice, is getting pretty expensive Anyway either the instructions can be clearer and or in bold. Or just the design is improved?? Thanks”

“The doors are great. They have made life so much easier for us, we can open the doors from the house and open and close from the car- no struggles with heavy manual doors. Just make sure that the doors are clear from stuff - kids left bikes against one which has left scratching!!!”

“The door is very good, however instructions are not all they say. Also some design changes are missing in terms of what is actually on the door, ie Safety Edge and roller hinges for the curtain. Rollerdor them selves are excellent, avoid their distributors, I used one and felt as though any aftersales support just was not offered. Overall, the door is very good, had to call out their service team to resolve a couple of issues after installing myself. This cost me a service charge but glad I did. Moral of the story, Rollerdor products are very good, their distributors are not.....”

“It is now 6 months since we did a diy Rollerdor. Looking back, it was a job I am glad I did myself, but it could have been easier. The instruction book deals with different types and controls and it can be confusing identifying your specific product. The BIG job is sliding the door in place. KEEP it rolled up and support it at both ends - it is heavy. Once it starts moving it is difficult to stop it, so be prepared. The product is very good quality and deservers 5 stars but is let down by the instruction book in my opinion. Would I buy one again - absolutely! Phil”

“Great product seemed identical to some really premium products I have used in the past. Installation was straight forward for a compotant DIYer/semi skilled engineer though the control box was different to the instruction manual. I found the staff very helpful at Rollerdor and have recommended this productRD77 to others.”
