Initial service and installation was good although at a slightly higher market price. I spoke to the team about ongoing issues I having as quite often the door would not open electronically, but then needed to get into it in a hurry so I opened it manually. A couple of days later it wouldn't open again so I called them out but as it sounded like a warranty claim I would not be charged. I live 3 miles south of Norwich and the team came the next day and inspected the door. They were at my property for no more than 5 mins and stated that due to a trailing lead I had under the door to my caravan the door was intermittently malfunctioning. I explained that this issue has gone on since last Summer and I have only had the lead going under for 2 weeks but they had made their mind up and said I need to remove it and see if the problem goes. I said why was I not asked about this before coming out and they did not know and confirmed that I would not be charged. A few days later I have received an invoice for £150.00 call out charge. After several conversations and emails they have held firm and do not accept that this could be an intermittent fault and are not prepared to drop the charge even though I am only a few miles away from them and they were on-site for 5 mins. £150 seems a little excessive!!!!!! Annoyingly, they have also stated that once I remove the wire (which I have done) they will not reimburse me this charge if it happens again although it would be the same issue as originally enquired about.

Poor upgrade,2 new locking straps have broken damaging the door curtain pick up recess. Previous door was better.

Asked for a repair on one of my existing doors. Was quoted a price after providing pictures/etc. Subsequently told you were unable to repair my doors because of size of slats. I had quoted the size of the slates from the outset.

My initial experience with the garage door was good but after 12 months of occasional use only, the connecting straps started to break, rollerdoor replaced these first six items so all good, Then 12 months later the straps went again bearing in mind i dont use this garage door regular, so i purchase some and fitted them again, then some months later i decided to just check how the replacement ones were performing and found the octagonal rings on the drive shaft had all cracked so again had to puchase replacements, not a big issue apart from having to strip the door down again, So the moral to this story is rollerdoor need to change the construction material of these components before i would purchase another off them and couldnt possibly recomend their doors to anyone until these issues are changed. This review is a genuine long term test of this product so everyone please take heed.

The door was damaged when taken out of pack report it and fitted it damaged as old door was taken off. They asked if they could send someone to look at the damage and said there would be no charge involved. He came out said the damage was nothing to do with them said it was screws that were no where near the damage and they would not help. Then they have been trying to charge me for the person coming to look £100 ever since. I did not ask them to come out and when they said they wanted to come out I check twice on the phone and by email that there would not be a charge. Both times I was told there would not but still tried to get me to pay after. I will never use them again.

It would have been a lot better review if I had actually received my order of the the roller door. Maybe you should look into this?

My Rollerdor RD77 garage door is 6 years old. It's had very little use as the door is only opened to get my bikes out - my van is too tall to go into the garage. In 5 years it's been cycled around 3x per week = approx 600 operations. It's not used every day. The door has never worked. Despite several visits by engineers, I've never been able to just press the button then drive off, knowing the garage is secure. The door would half-close, then re-open, or just not close and beep. The safety edge has been replaced, more visits, including replacing the curtain drum bar as well, but no good - I just got used to holding the remote button down to open and close. The re-programming instructions for the control unit are unusable and should be re-written. You can't re-programme the unit by following the instructions because they aren't precise or clear enough. Now I've been advised that several of the upper curtain slats need to be replaced. They have slid off the guide wheels and been damaged / gouged by them (see pictures). The door also gives out 3-4 piercing squeaks upon each open / close. Something is also scratching the inside of the slats (see picture) across the whole door, making it look unsightly. Rollerdor have offered a discounted price to replace the slats, but I have no confidence the door will work as it should, so I'm just going to replace the whole thing with one from another manufacturer - why spend good money after bad ?

You were very expensive and to much hard selling and fake discounts I got a door for a third of the price you quoted and I've complained about your constant harassment trying to get me to buy I've also requested to be taken off your records so why are you emailing me now

My roller door did not work when installed but due tue long delays on install was out of warranty - could not get parts from rollerdoor to correct fault

Got fed up with the clips continually breaking and overall performance of the garage door, so replaced it with a roller door which is fit for purpose. Only got a 1 rating because zero isn’t an option.

Very Disappointed with Rolledor. Door was made well and fitting was relatively easy. Instructions where quiet good but need to be read a few times and the various components laid out and identified to make fitting straight forward. Unfortunately I had a faulty control box. When I first installed the door and pressed the remote for initial set up the door would not stop dispute frantically pressing the stop button. I had to pull the plug from the socket to stop it. This caused the door brackets that hold the door to the roller to be damage. A long story short. Roller door had me jumping through hoops suggesting it was my fault. After many telephone calls Rollerdor agreed it was the panel at fault and sent another. I had to return the faulty panel at my cost and I had to pay just £10 really yes £10 for the replacement brackets, damaged due to the faulty panel they had sent me. Very poor customer service. There are many firms selling these doors customer service could make the difference. Suggest use a different company.

Ordered a garage door that was delivered in October. When installing and running the curtain down all endlocks were broke and curtain was all over the place. Also damage to hood. Would not order again

Had a guy come out to repair a Rollerdor garage door that was 5 years old (2nd repair). This guy made a right hash of the repair, disabled all the safety features and put the cover back on all wrong and these cheeky buggers charged me £297. The labour charge was a staggering £225. My advice is go elswhere to buy you garage door and certainly don't have this shower back to fix it.

Avoid! doors are not fit for purpose, water leaks through the slats, by their own submission they clearly state ‘The doors are not waterproof’ if you want a flooded garage then this is the company for you.

This review is only for delivery, not for quality of product since I havent received it yet. There is no information on their order system how long it will take to deliver. If I knew it will take more couple of day's I would not have ordered from them. Its been 5 days no status change, which is really annoying.
