Great product and does exactly what it is supposed to do. I’ll admit I went for the cheapest option but am not disappointed. It was a fairly long wait time but as long as you factor this in, it shouldn’t be a problem. Delivery was practically to the minute, and accompanied by friendly help and advice. Why only 4 stars, I reserve 5 for truly exceptional service 😁

Door is good quality - fitted it myself which was quite straightforward process. Cant praise the delivery driver enough, unloaded and placed the door and heavy components on his own into the garage and the drive was a sheet of glass due to ice! Only niggle is the instructions for setting the door stop at the top and the bottom are no terribly clear and quite confusing. Had to get engineer to come do final settings.

Deliver was good turned up on time. Fitting again was fairly straightforward using the instructions provided. However the setting up of the door stop bottom and top was a little difficult with the small plastic adjuster. However after getting on the phone to technical dept the problem was resolved. Also the door has only been fitted a few months after purchasing them 12 months ago (COVID). So was a little disappointed too have to replace the batteries in both fobs already.

Good customer service. Helpful on the phone. As stated very easy to fit. Only gave 4 stars as there was swarf in the runners which unfortunately scratched the door that I had to clean this out myself. Would have no hesitation to recommend to others.

We love the colour,the quality,the way it looks when installed.I have to say however that because we had trouble twice with straps breaking I feel that on a double door more straps should be assembled. It would also help if an idiots guide was sent with the door. It is useful to know about changing batteries often,knowing that the clicking sound that comes from the motor is telling you that batteries need changing and also not to overwind the manual control if door stops working. The door works well but sometimes I find it’s bit noisy with clunks and clicks,my heart goes in my mouth when this happens I case the straps break again.

Ordered a replacement Ellard RD40NM for my single roller door which Included the additional 60mm tube adapters as well. Motor replaced the defective Somfy one. Installed and set up the end stops using a manual switch before connecting to the controller. Fast delivery and very happy with product and service.

Had my door a few years now and it has been reliable and generally trouble free, it did start to play up a little (sometime half closing and then going up again) but after a service it was fine again. The main reason I chose this door is that the company offers servicing and parts and support is available so hopefully with the occasional service it will last many years.

We have now had our Rollerdor for some 6 years and apart from one breakdown (which was repaired by their qualified engineer extremely quickly and efficiently) have had no other issues. We door must be used at least 6 - 10 times a day as we use it for one of our warehouses.

Had the door fitted about 10 months ago, e erything went well. The installers were good at their jobs. The door has performed well, but is very noisy on opening and closing. I would suggest that we should be given a follow up inspection after 1 year automatically when they are in the area. I may have to call and book one. This in no way is a reflection of the Installers as the door would take a bit of time to settle down after installation.

Door has been great for the first three years. We need to replace batteries twice a year but use the door several times each day. Door failed recently and I had to reset all the open/closing parameters and replace a door strap. Not too difficult and the replacement was well priced with quick delivery and good help from Rollerdor.

Would be better if you did not have to hold down the remote while closing the door, just one touch the same as opening would be much better

Does everything as advertised. Good installation service and excellent fit and insulation standard. Recommended. Only minor niggle is rather slow opening. Closing is faster.

I have had the door now for a couple of years. And after a year and a halve the "clips" on the door broke. I then called to have the door repaired, and the service was good and quick.

Good communication maintained during sale and fitting processes. Price reasonable and the needed extras added at acceptable cost. Cost accounting seems somewhat eccentric and led to Rollerdor accounts staff invoicing our £100 deposit (a credit) as a debit! Fitting was carried out in a competent manner, but there will be more "making good" than envisaged at outset.
