“From start to finish a straight forward procedure. From ordering to delivery. Easy to fit. Only problem following instructions. Phone tech line twice and a gentleman sorted everything out so thank you overall very happy and would have no hesitation in using your company again”

“A spare part was required for my faulty door. Special thanks to Will who could not have been more helpful. He identified the part, arranged payment and delivery, and it arrived in 3 days. The price surprised me, I honestly expected more. As a bonus when refitting the part I discovered the door had not been installed properly (by another company) and that error has now been rectified. All in all I could not be anything but extremely pleased with my contact with Rollerdor.”

“Bought three doors, which was delivered ahead of schedule, opted for the self installation which obviously took a few days. The installation was without any problems, key is to study the very complete installation guides and if in doubt get on to the chat line on their website. In all a very satisfying experience which was far better then any other DIY installation I have ever done. Only challenge really is when you load the door slats onto the roller bar, two people and a temporary support A-frame made it easy. Definitely recommend this company.”

“Great advice, great service and great value!. I bought and fitted (easily) a new motor following some technical advice from Rollerdor. So pleased with the new motor I bought another one for my other door as that motor was very “tired” and slow. Both doors now working perfectly. Thank you Rollerdor for your help and brilliant service - you should be running the Country!!!!”

“I had a self inflicted problem with my roller door which caused it to not operate properly. I phoned the company and they were fantastic from the admin to the technical staff. They identified the fault and said I could sort it out myself. So I ordered the parts which arrived very quickly. I needed some additional advice from the technical department and they were very helpful indeed. Door now up and running. My total repair bill £28:85 and a large saving on a call out charge. I cannot recommend Rollerdor highly enough as they were absolutely brilliant. Thank you very much for the help and advice given.”
