“Harriet, the Office Manager in the Beeston Lettings Branch, and her colleagues, were extremely kind and very helpful to us when we were trying to find and arrange a rental in a couple of days after we travelled up from Taunton. It was all extremely stressful, so it was such a relief when Harriet stepped in and helped us with forms, identity checks etc. Since we have moved in Harriet and her colleagues have helped us with a few teething problems and have always been so pleasant, professional and efficient. Thank you :).”

“Abbie from the Stapleford office is absolutely brilliant. She was very patient in understanding my needs to start off with and subsequently had the flexibility in her approach to give me different options - all whilst being very professional. Unfortunately due to a personal problem I couldn't go ahead with the property, and even then Abbie was most understanding. I would whole-heartedly recommend Robert Ellis for the superb levels of customer service they offer. And thank you once again Abbie - you're a star! - Dinesh Verma”

“Robert Ellis the best letting agency in Nottingham, the staff are so friendly and helpful, a brilliant quick service that is second to none, very good at finding top professional tenants and letting your house out in less than 2 weeks. “We have used Robert Ellis to manage rented properties in the Beeston area for over ten years. I am very pleased with the level of service that they have provided. The staff are friendly helpful and well informed. They have a good knowledge of the local area and a wide network of contacts to help with things like repairs, replacements and checks that need to be done when renting property. We have been very happy with the level of service over the years and I would recommend Robert Ellis to anyone considering renting residential properties.”

“St John's College have used the Beeston branch of Robert Ellis to assist with the letting of our Peache Way flats. They have been extremely professional in finding new tenants and setting up tenancy agreements on our behalf resulting in that most of our vacant properties now have tenants. The staff at Beeston have been extremely friendly and helpful and I would recommend them without hesitation.”

“We first discovered Robert Ellis about 20years ago and have received consistent, intelligent, supportive and friendly advice and business development ever since. This means that we have little to compare them with except tales from disenchanted clients elsewhere but in absolute terms we rate them very highly indeed and often recommend them. Good staff and good management pays off!”

“We recently moved house from Stapleford to Bramcote, where we used to rent a while ago. The services & support coming from Robert Ellis, Stapleford Branch, were fantastic. From very beginning we have been honoured to have the visit of the director of the branch, Paul Sweeney, who was very kind and patient with us. The care & attention we have receive from Robert Ellis was very solid & prompt, from the very beginning up to completion date. I also would like to say a big thank you to Debbie Marlow, who’s support & help through the whole process was outstanding. Personally I highly recommend Robert Ellis. They are very prompt & reliable. “I have just sold my house through Robert Ellis and have to say the service was great. Our sale had a few issues with a buyer dropping out and having to be re-listed but the team there got things sorted quickly and were happy to talk and lower my stress levels! Marie, the person in charge of my sale, was great throughout and kept me up-to-date and took the time to answer some of my more stressful emails. Also, special mention to Jenny, who covered for Marie over Christmas, who dealt with the situation really well when the original buyer dropped out.”

“I have been a tenant with Robert Ellis, Beeston Branch for nearly two years now. I was unfamiliar with the private sector proceedings, however my agent Harriet, was very helpful, polite and very professional in a friendly manner with the whole process.
