“we went in to find out fees etc. for stapleford nottingham branch to sell our house as there is another estate agent along the street. they told us how much (reasonable) and finished with "and we WILL sell your property. we took them to their word and sure enough they kept their promise. excellent service. friendly helplful team who kept us informed all along the process. would gladly recommend their services.”

“My parents who are in their late 70's have just sold their house using the Stapleford Branch. The sevice and help they received from Debbie their appointed agent was fantastic, she made the whole experiance easy for them and was always on the ball to give advise and up dates. Many thanks. “My experience with Robert Ellis has been a very positive one. I initially got 3 quotes but decided to go with Robert Ellis as they were a very professional setup with excellent results. I listened to their advice and priced it realistically and had lots of viewings resulting in offers and more importantly a sale. They have been very helpful throughout going over and above the service offered intervening with solicitors and the various buyers in the chain. Not the cheapest but in my opinion the best.”

“we have been a tenant with Robert Ellis for 7 yrs now. they have been brilliant all the way through. “I would definitely recommend Robert Ellis and in particular Hannah Staveley who supported us with the sale of our property. Hannah's advice was really valuable when we were marketing our property and negotiating on offers. After agreeing an offer at times Hannah felt like the only person trying to keep our chain in tact. She was stepping up where our solicitors were letting us down and ensuring that our sale could go ahead as planned. Everyone we had contact with at Robert Ellis were friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with.”

“We purchased a house in Stapleford earlier in the year and were very happy with the pre-sale and after-sale customer service. Since then we've been looking to buy another property in the area. During this time Robert Ellis have had the greater number of properties to view against any other local agents. Every time I go in their shop they are very welcoming and helpful. Their customer service, amount of properties and shop are the biggest positives to me and I'm sure we'll be purchasing through them again soon.”

“The team at Robert Ellis made my first experience of letting as a Landlord an absolute breeze, Wendy West of the Stapleford branch was supportive throughout and highly knowledgeable, everything was laid out for me, clearly making me aware of legal requirements and ensuring services to meet those legalities were offered and advised upon. I entered into the process with the intention of shopping around, but after dealing with Wendy and the Robert Ellis team I couldn't see why I needed to go anywhere else. Thank you”

“We recently bought our first house through Robert Ellis in Long Eaton and they were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I'd particularly like to thank Holly who did a superb job! We also used their mortgage adviser James who did a fantastic job of explaining everything to us. Would highly recommend to anyone!”

“I have used the Beeston branch of Robert Ellis to take over the letting of my property and they have been excellent. I had very difficult tenants prior to using the Beeston Branch and they have been extremely helpful in finding new tenants and helped with many different aspects to ensure as much as possible that it was stress free. I would not hesitate in recommending the Beeston Branch as they have been excellent.”
