“Having used Robert Ellis Estate Agents several times over the years and found them to be very helpful, this year we sold our house through the Stapleford office where we received excellent service from Paul, Claire and their staff, they all conducted themselves in a very professional manner always friendly and welcoming. We also bought our new property through the Long Eaton office. The Stapleford office liaised and kept us fully informed providing us with a faultless and trouble free exchange. Thank you Claire.”

“I have dealt with Robert Ellis, Stapleford Branch for some years now and both brought and sold several properties with them. i have found them a pleasure to deal with. All staff are friendly, do what they say and work hard throughout the sales process (which cant be said for ALL agents i have dealt with!). Honest appraisal, hard work and an eagerness to find the right buyer shines through with the team. “I cannot speak more highly of the Lettings Team at Robert Ellis, Stapleford which has helped me secure a tenant. The professionalism and attention to detail combined with a friendly and helpful attitude made for a very smooth process from getting the property ready to let, to securing a tenant. I appreciated this all the more as I do not live in the area.”

“I am a firm believer that it is individuals within a business and not so much the brand or product itself that defines the quality of service however the high level of service I received was consistent across the business. I will say however it was my dealings with a certain individual Hannah that really stood out. A true consulting approach, understanding what buyers look for in a property and making solid recommendations - as far as going through the whole process start to finish even when it was not her duty to do so. I felt with over 12 estate agents in a period of 6 months and 2 really impressed me but Robert Ellis being an out and out different class. Thank you”

“Marie worked tirelessly to get our sale completed. Her efforts went above and beyond our expectations. She never faulted despite an extremely trying chain which contained a couple of very unprofessional solicitors. She was always positive and very lovely. Having worked with Tim previously he has again proved to be extremely pro-active in finding me the right tenants and appreciates my specific needs. “We were very happy with the service given. All members of staff with whom we dealt were pleasant and helpful. We were conducting the greater part of our business from several hundred miles away which could have been difficult but we were always kept informed of progress and received every assistance in viewing etc. Thank you Robert Ellis and in particular Hannah and staff at the Long Eaton Branch. “Excellent service, I've always sold my properties in the past with Robert Ellis but i have to say Jenny Wheelwright from the Beeston branch has simply been the best. She supported me from day one, keeping me updated through each key stage this lady is truly dedicated to her role. Meeting the customers needs she has definitely left a positive impression and when i didn't understand something she went that extra mile to explain. “I have been working with the Robert Ellis team for over 4 years, over this period I have purchased a number of properties, using both their mortgage brokerage arm & their letting agency department. Without exception, ALL the staff are extremely professional & knowledgeable about their subject matter & make the whole 'buying & letting' process so much easier than other estate agencies I have used in the past. I would have no hesitation in recommending any of the Robert Ellis team to any potential sellers, buyers or landlords.”

“We used Robert Ellis Long Eaton Branch for the rental of one of our properties recently, we dealt with Tim who was fantastic. They found us a tenant within about 2 weeks of the property being on the market. Their customer service has been brilliant and nothing is too much trouble for them.
