I bought a house in Chilwell as a Buy-to-Let and interviewed a number of Letting Agents - Robert Ellis were 'head and shoulders' above the others. Matt, who came to view the house, was impressive - he really knows the market and gave me good advice as to how best to improve the house for my Tenant's benefit The office staff too have been very efficient and responsive.

From the beginning to the end I had a very good experience with the team. The communication and advice I received as a purchaser was clear and always came across in an unbiased way. I had interaction with several members of the team and there was always clear understanding of the property I was involved with and the current status. Updates were always given at key and agreed dates without calling to discuss non issues. When requested opinions were given on the market conditions and future values. A very good purchase experience and will be using again.

We have known the team at Robert Ellis for some years but this time we needed them to sell our own house. It was a real team effort, initially by the partners (and Tom of course!) and then with great support from Helen, Becky and Karen in the office. I am sure others played their part too. In a challenging market for more expensive homes, they were always optimistic, positive, and upbeat. Their advice was excellent and it would be a struggle to find a better estate agent in Beeston.

Recently moved a short distance in Breaston and Lilli at Robert Ellis was our contact. We had a few issues that needed sorting but Lilli was always ready to help and ensured the house moving experience was as stress free as possible. We recently bought a house through Robert Ellis in Stapleford and without the help from Paul Sweeney we probably wouldn't have got there. Really good service and had I known that the level of service would be that good, I wouldn't have rented my own property out through Frank Innes, who by comparison were/are nowhere near as good. Would recommend Robert Ellis to anyone and those at Stapleford branch all go out of of their way to help. Thank you very much!

We had never sold a house, so when we were faced with selling one under very difficuilt circumstances, it was with some trepidation we went to the Long Eaton office of Robert Ellis. They were excellent; very good at listening and understanding the problems involved with the sale. The help and guidance they gave us was invaluable. So when only a year later we had to sell another property, again not without its problems, we went to the Long Eaton office of Robert Ellis to handle the sale. At one stage we were in almost daily contact and not once did we feel they were not doing everything possible to help, C & P

I experienced an extremely welcoming and professional service whilst going through the process of purchasing our new home. Communication was excellent; the enthusiasm for a result was inspiring and certainly made the whole process easier. The support was there for both seller and buyer at all levels, working with both staff and management when needed. We are very happy, and would recommend Robert Ellis to any prospective client/customer.

Pleasure to deal with. When we rented the property they were very welcoming and also negotiated us keeping our two dogs at home despite the 'no dogs' rule the landlord has which meant we could bring them home from my mums house. They are quick to fix any issues and always very friendly.

I had a faulty washing machine dryer in my newly rented flat with Robert Ellis. I contacted Robert Ellis and despite the landlord refusing to repair it, Robert Ellis have repaired it as part of their excellent customer service. A good example of company commitment to provide top customer service. Very pleased with the service.

We were really pleased with the service from Robert Ellis from the start as they helped us to sell our old and buy our next house. They were efficient, friendly and informative and we never felt badgered by them or that they were making a hard sell. We primarily chose them because they had sold several houses down our road recently and therefore helped us to find a buyer within 4 days as they contacted people who had been interested in houses on the road recently. Everyone was very friendly in the office and we were always able to get an answer to our questions. (Sarah & Stephen, Stapleford)

I bought my bungalow through Robert Ellis Estate Agency which recently completed in July. I found the sales team to be friendly and efficiency throughout. All my queries and questions were answered and Melanie in particular was invaluable helping to co-ordinate solicitors and keep things on track. I am now settled in.

We became an accidental landlords in 2014 when our daughter moved from our second house to take a job in Ireland. We chose Robert Ellis to manage the property because after market testing the competition we felt they showed a more comprehensive knowledge of our needs than the other management companies. They have provided an excellent service since day 1 and this has continued to date. Our tenants have been looked after as well as ourselves in the vetting and follow up processes that Robert Ellis provide. They kept us informed during the recent new tenant change over about the referencing status and progress throughout and advised us of some minor changes that the tenant requested to help them live in the property more securely. We were more than happy to provide these as it was "on the list of things to do". On the whole Robert Ellis have taken away the worry of managing from a distance as we live too far away to be on hand 24/7. Thanks for all your efforts .

They have let my flat for 15 years. They have always found good tenants, and have dealt with any repairs that have cropped up over the years. They are all true professionals. Everything runs smoothly and the collected rents are swiftly paid into my bank account. This level of good service makes me very happy!

I have been dealing with Robert Ellis for years because this is the agency that truly takes tenants' well being seriously. I've just moved again, to a new flat, and thanks to Robert Ellis, all went very well and smoothly. My special thanks to Laura Jones who has been very helpful, very friendly and professional, and she responded very promptly whenever I had a question. I have bought and sold a number of houses through Robert Ellis over the years in the East Midlands Area with prices ranging from circa £140k through to £350k plus. They have always performed and been great to deal with. Communication is key and the team are exceptional at keeping both the seller and the buyer involved. My understanding is that across Long Eaton, Beeston & Stapleford, Robert Ellis sell around 72% of all the properties that go to market therefore I have no hesitation in recommending anyone to choose to deal with Robert Ellis. They are an established estate agent and know the areas they serve like the back of their hands. Staff are always happy to help and truly efficient.

I am a student who needed somewhere pet friendly. Quite and ask for any landlord really and most of the other agencies in town dismissed me. But Laura found me a flat to view the very afternoon after I first went in and she also negotiated the cat for me too. My paperwork was swift to sort out and within a few weeks of first going in, I had my agreement and the key to my new flat! Great service.

Excellent service from start to finish. All staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Kept in touch by phone and text and no need to ask for updates as these were provided as a matter of course. I would strongly recommend Robert Ellis Long Eaton to anyone considering selling a property.
