“Every now and again, you come across a team of people that are "just good at what they do" from starting the process when we were allocated and introduced to the people we would be in contact with, to viewing when the team were all trained and introduced to the property without prospective buyers being in attendance. Even the photographer who took drone shots of the house and garden was a delight. With each member of the team being empowered to be the best they could be, informed and eager to help, not once did a call or request for help go unanswered, it was a pleasure to deal with them. Well done and thank you to each member of a fantastic team.”

“We decided to sell with Robert Ellis Long Eaton because we found them to be extremely helpful and professional. We had a well known online agent to value the property but he did not seem to know the area very well and under valued it by £20k. We are so glad we went with Robert Ellis as we got virtually the asking price and it took them only 3 weeks to sell it. “Caroline & Mark have been great throughout this process. Caroline fully explained the selling procedure's & kept me fully informed. Only took 14 days to sell!! I would defiantly recommend anyone wanting to sell quickly to use Robert Ellis.”

“You would think that if your house gets five offers within its first week on the market (all at/over the asking price) that the sale would progress quickly but all it took was an idiotic buyer to turn a simple sale into a torturous saga. If it wasn't for Marie and all the team at Robert Ellis I don't believe I could have gone through with the sale. Definitely worth every penny!”

“My husband and I recently purchased a property through the Beeston branch. We envisioned the entire process of buying a house to be 100% stressful (given our previous experience), however we were pleasantly surprised with the entire process!! Huge thanks and praise to the hard working and dedicated Helen Cox - Office Manager, Beeston branch. Your high level of professionalism and expertise was exceptional and second to none! Very proactive which enabled a relatively smooth process. Highly recommend using Robert Ellis estate agents, high level of experience and expertise in the field, great communication, genuine and very understanding. Great client-orientated service. I don't think I could recommend an agent more.”

“The staff team at Robert Ellis were professional, understanding and helpful throughout, in the time it took to sell our late mother's house. Initially there was little response to the sale but after a realistic re-evaluation there was steady progress. The main two or three front-line staff, with whom we had the most contact, were warm and friendly in their dealings with us and their help was greatly appreciated. The eventual outcome was a satisfactory conclusion of business, enabling us to pass on our family home to new owners.”

“from start to finish Robert Ellis handled our house sale with professionalism, skill and efficiency. The valuations was conducted thoroughly and fairly, the viewings were arranged according to our requests, and the marketing was excellent. Both Phil and Helen were outstanding in their support to us and their attention to detail. This was all an enormous relief to us, as our previous experience of a different estate agent in Beeston had been abysmal. We would urge prospective vendors to seek the services of this outstanding company.”

“From the moment we made contact with Robert Ellis we have been dealt with in a totally professional manner. I was introduced to Neill Millward whose energy and enthusiasm for our venture was incredible and appreciated. Our purchase/sale was not going to be straight forward but I never felt anything was too much trouble. We were supported throughout the process, and what was very important, was that calls were returned when promised and we were kept in the loop the whole time. I would recommend Robert Ellis to anyone, the whole team who dealt with us were helpful, reassuring, professional and completely honest and up front with progress. Thank you Neill and the whole team.”

“The team sold my house very quickly **twice**, and have such a draw in the area we got multiple offers each time. Whole process happened much faster than the almost identical house down the street. They went for a cheaper online-only agent and, like us, unfortunately had their first sale fall through. When ours fell through a week or so from completion due to a skittish FTB, they were very supportive and encouraging and pulled out all the stops to ensure we had another offer by the next day and sold again within a week - it appeared to take our neighbour & their agents somewhat longer than this. The second time around went much faster than the first, due to better communication with the second set of buyers; the first buyer having been between "somewhat elusive" and completely incommunicado, which, I stress, was not RE's fault. Also most of the paperwork had already been sourced and queries answered. RE were never the weak link in the chain and were always the parties least in need of ushering along. Would definitely choose them again if I were ever to move! Only suggestion for improvement I would make to them (and to be fair, one of several for The Nottingham who we bought through) would be to follow Royston & Lund's lead and have a card and flowers for the mover to say "welcome to your new home".”

“After my father died in January I had to sell his house in Long Eaton. As I live in Scotland I thought this might be fraught with difficulties but I needn't have worried. Mark and his team at Robert Ellis in Long Eaton could not have provided a better service. They notified me by text or e-mail of every viewing and kept me informed at all times of any developments. They provided a professional and friendly service and I cannot praise them enough for the help and advice they gave me during a difficult time. Thank you once again Mark - Stephen Gill”

“Beth and the team at Robert Ellis have been brilliant in helping us to sell our house and buy our new forever home. Beth was always at the end of the phone to help deal with all my queries and always kept us up to date with progress. Beth was always so polite and happy that even when we were getting stressed she made us laugh. Would also like to thank Tom the mortgage man as he was great and ensured he got us the best deal and was very helpful in explaining it all. Thank you”
