“I would like to express my thanks to Dawn who dealt with my house sale in Long Eaton.After having to deal with one or two time wasters Dawn never lost hope of selling the property and at all times kept me informed of what was happening(whether it was good news or bad)!! Once again Dawn many thanks you did a sterling job and i would have no hesitation in dealing with Robert Ellis again and would definitely ask for you as my sales person. Neil Footitt.”

“Overall, my experience when dealing with repairs hasn't been great. Had an ongoing issue since moving in which hasn't been dealt with - however, I contacted Robert Ellis via their social media and Neil was quick and dealt with emergency repairs so efficiently, I cannot thank him enough! He's been great at checking up on us to make sure the issue is resolved and has been incredible. Thank you so much Neil!”

“Absolutely awful service from the lettings repairs division. They take months to deal with any issues, don't keep in touch and don't keep to promises for call backs when you chase them. I've been waiting sincelast winter for them to send someone to unblock the gutters (they're bad enough that water cascades on to the window ledges and across the front door), and since July to sort the rotten garage door. Other repairs have also taken ages to get sorted in the past. AVOID AVOID AVOID!”

“We purchased our property through Robert Ellis. The conveyancing process uncovered a number of difficult issues that needed addressing. Robert Ellis helped us resolve them with a degree of creativity and we were grateful for there help in smoothing the path. When the vendor's solicitor was not helping close out the issues, Robert Ellis stepped in to find ways to move things forward.”

“The rental market in the Nottingham area is tough. The demand for properties is so high that any semi-decent house will get let eventually, no matter what. This means that, for the large majority of agencies, tenants matter next to zero: we are just numbers; if we don't rent a place, the person next in line will. Robert Ellis stand out as one of the very few agencies that do care about tenants as much as they care about landlords. They made me feel like an important part in the bargaining, as much as the landlord, and helped me get the property I liked in a very difficult period of the year for the market. They are honest, fair and competent. They usually market very nice properties too. What more could I ask ?”

“Charlotte made our move happen when it looked as if it might all fall through! She was brilliant! There were so many problems at the bottom end of the chain - as soon as one problem was sorted out another seemed to be waiting in the wings and Charlotte went beyond the call of duty to get us through a difficult and very stressful time. She was easy to talk to, helpful and calm in what felt like a crisis to us. She always had a smile and welcomed us into Robert Ellis Beeston, as did all other staff in the office. We are now happily settled in our new home in Surrey and looking forward to enjoying all that the area has to offer. Our grateful thanks to Charlotte for her part in helping us to achieve our dream.”

“When selling a property always use a local agent and use the best local one. You get what you pay for!! Robert Ellis were fabulous throughout from the initial appraisal to the sale despite one sale falling through a few days before exchange. I am not sure if its normal practice to assign one office staff to the client but I dealt with Debbie and she was very professional in her approach - always giving me updates and calling back when I left her a message. Would use them again”
