“We have had an excellent experience in selling our house through the Beeston branch. Melanie in particular kept us fully informed and smoothed a few ruffled feathers along the way. Selling your home is a very stressful thing and her calm approach helped us through. All the staff we dealt with - Paul M, Phil, Helen and Marie - were helpful and pleasant. We are in the process of purchasing through the Beeston branch and are very happy that Melanie is steering our ship!”

“I've just bought a property through Robert Ellis, Stapleford branch, and am glad I did. From the first viewing to the end of the transaction (with a hic-cup or two) everything was dealt with in a friendly yet very professional way. Nothing was too much trouble for Beth who went the extra mile. Everyone in the office makes you feel welcome. They are very friendly and the atmosphere is very homely. Robert Ellis also recommended a local firm of solicitors for the conveyancing who also did an excellent job.”

“Moved into our new house over the new year and while it can be a stressful time to move; stapleford Robert Ellis got us through everything so quickly and efficiently. Charlie helped us find our home and went above and beyond to recommend houses he thought we would love. He was attentive and responsive to us from start to finish. The staff at the branch were all so friendly and we were lucky enough to be looked after by Sheree too. They are a credit to the company and have made our first time renting a home an amazing experience.”

“A "soft-sell" introduction with a good explanation of pricing strategy. Excellent information on viewings - good to have both email and text reminders. Potential buyer feedback was good. Whenever I called, whoever I spoke to either was completely up to date with progress or was able to tell me when I could get that information. Very patient with queries.”

“I would like to say a special thank you to the Robert Ellis team for doing such a good job selling my daughters home recently. I have known Mark for many years and he has helped me sell a number of houses and always achieved an excellent price. This was my daughters first home and I was only too pleased to ask Mark to help her to place it on the market - he suggested a higher asking price than other agents and within a short period of time had arranged viewings one of which lead to a reasonable offer which Mark negotiated with the buyer so a higher price than we expected was achieved - Mark and his team then kept in touch with the buyer and their solicitors which lead to the sale successfully completing just before Christmas. “Great customer service from the whole team. Our buyer was a tough negotiator but our sales consultant was up to the challenge and I think we got a fair price in the end!!! He acted a an effective buffer between our buyer and us, thank goodness. Communication standard was high across the board. Everything went very smoothly and thats all we could ask for. The 20% VAT additional cost was unexpected and a significant addition to the end bill but not Robert Ellis's fault but generally...seller beware!!”

“With so many estate agents to choose from we found it difficult to choose what was the best option to sell our house. Robert Ellis was recommend to us for its five star customer service and ability to correctly value properties. Mark Philpott had our house ready to go on the market within days and sold it within two weeks, I believe this was though the detailed prospectors and photographs for potential buyers to see. Along with Mark’s customer relations showing people round the property and following up every viewing in great detail. I know there is great publicity and advertisement on using internet based agents as a cheaper way to sell your home but I would question the valuation and the customer relations in choosing these. Robert Ellis made selling our house a really stress free experience. We used Martin from The Mortgage company who found us the perfect mortgage for our needs of our new home and got us a fantastic rate on life insurance after guiding us through what we wanted. A final thank you to Tara for keeping us up to date constantly with any progress on the sale. I couldn’t recommend Robert Ellis highly enough. Thank you”
