“Our house sale process was made so easy and stress free with the help from the staff at Stapleford, we were spoken to in a way which was easy to understand (no jargon just plain English), the staff in the office kept us updated all the way through the process and were always very polite and professional, I have a severe disability which affects my speech and the staff made me feel relaxed and gave me time to speak with out making me feel rushed. I would recommend this office to everyone they are all very helpful and professional at their jobs, thank you Debbie and the team for all your work and support during our house sale.”

“The common perception is that selling a house is stressful. Not with Robert Ellis. The whole process start to finish was handled professionally with great communication. Nathan and Beth dealt with my sale as if it was the only job on their desk. Nothing was too much trouble and they went the extra mile to ensure a quick and easy transaction. “Beth was our contact point when purchasing our first home. The service and knowledge she supplied was fantastic. She guided us through it and was very informative. We were in a fairly big chain so a few issues. However Beth knew her job very well and kept us up to date at all times. “I have just completed on my family home using Robert Ellis as my agent .....( having sat next to Robert Ellis in school was not a factor in my choice !!!!! ) I had been at the property 31 years and felt the valuation was realistic, the handling of viewings was customer led , not arrogant and the final offer was dealt with by Marie in a sympathetic and professional way ..... I had less than 2 weeks to leave the property and wish my buyers the best for the future in a house I was proud to call home ....”

“We just completed our sale last week and we cannot thank Beth from the Stapleford office enough for making it all happen! We were first time buyers and new to the whole process and Beth helped us every step of the way and was always patient and polite with us, even when I sent her all those long emails in frustration! Estate agents are employed by the seller and have to do what is best for them but in this case I do think that Beth tried her best to ensure that we were getting the best out of this deal too. She has also been really helpful in answering some of our questions after the sale was completed. We have definitely had a great experience buying our property with Robert Ellis and would certainly go back to them if we ever considered selling our house.”

“Cannot thank the team at the Long Eaton branch enough, especially Dawn for everything they have done to help us with our move. From the initial meeting for the valuation, through to the professional looking photographs, constant communication and understanding when our first house purchase didn't quite go to plan, we knew we were in good hands.
