“Mark had spent time with us prior to us even seeing a house or placing our house on the market, going through the various options and possibilities within our own house. When we then found the house we wanted, Mark with the help of Holly guided us through process. Unlike other estate agents, Mark discussed the possibilities around our sale and was open to listening to our ideas and opinions. House moving is a stressful experience, you need a good agent behind you providing the support and advice that we received from Robert Ellis. I've known the company for many years, and was again more than happy we chose to use them again.”

“The Stapleford branch of Robert Ellis were both efficient and professional. We listed our home with them at the end of August 2016 and it was sold within days. Debbie handled all sales and subsequent negociations for us. She offered us brilliant advice in regards to offers and progress. We were really happy with all the communication. They were far better than any of the other agents we were involved with (when viewing other properties). Although they weren't the cheapest agents to list with their professionalism, kindness and their extremely fast response rate totally made the costs worth while!! If and when we sell our next home we will absolutely be using them! Bug thank you again to all at Robert Ellis Stapleford; especially Debbie! X”

“The sales team at Long Eaton have been brilliant in managing a frustrating sale that seemed to take forever. They kept the pressure on and were quick to inform us of progress. “In a nutshell "incredibly thorough with great social skills and treat you like a friend rather than some sort of robot" The girls on the desk were mega helpful and Debbie kept us informed of everything that was happening and even touched Base with me when there wasn't anything to tell me so deserves a 5*! “In a word,excellent. ive had the bad experience before with mostly ALL agents,and they live up to the reputation some deserve. but,not this time. Im not sure the staff are real agents ? They are far to helpfull,so i think they are imposters. Very professional,so if you want to be taken care off,and get a result,go to robert ellis.”

“We originally opted to go for the cheaper option and this definitely confirmed to us 'you get what you pay for'. We had our property on the market with another agent for 4 months with very little communication and viewings. After 4 months had passed, we needed a drastic change, so we opted to get Robert Ellis in and they put our house on the market. Only a couple of days in, we were unindated with viewings and Beth, who works in the Stapleford branch kept us up to date with any feedback. Just over a month with Robert Ellis and we received our first offer... the house was sold and we moved without any hassle. Beth played a big part in making it hassle free. My advise would be, don't mess around going for the cheap option, if you want to sell, let Robert Ellis sell it. We are now settled in to our new home and are very happy with the service we received.
